I purchased airtime top up and forgot to confirm the identification proof from the email that the team was sent to me and I stayed almost a month then I realised that I didn't receive my order, then I contacted the team :and by the team I mean Juan and his crew they did what they do the best, to fix the problems and kill the errors, like magic within some few minutes my order just popped in and I feel excited about them i really liked it and I will continue using this company as my provider because it can provide a lot that can satisfy my needs

Pay close attention to this review before falling into the trap. If this website were the last service left on earth and there were absolutely no other services available in any country, DO NOT use it. I am currently on a trip abroad and paid them to top up my mobile line because I do not know the area here and I urgently needed phone credit late at night. I used their service, paid them immediately, and THEN they demanded a selfie of my face along with a photo of my passport under the excuse of “payment security,” even though I paid using Apple Pay — one of the most secure payment methods available, requiring authentication codes and verification. I even sent them proof of payment directly from my banking app, yet they STILL insisted on getting my personal photo and passport. I never use any website before carefully reading its terms. On THEIR OWN WEBSITE, clearly written under the terms, it literally says: “No identity verification needed — purchase easily and securely.” In the end, they refunded the payment back to my account WITHOUT my permission and without even warning me beforehand. That refund will apparently take TEN DAYS to arrive. I am writing this right now while I am literally about to run out of mobile balance completely. I desperately need my phone line working — without it I will be lost, unable to contact my family or manage my business. I only have three dollars left in my bank account. This is absolute nonsense. Pure nonsense. TOP UP MY LINE IMMEDIATELY!! Nobody should ever deal with this website. They collect users’ personal data, and if you refuse to hand it over, you lose your money and your time. Be extremely careful and pay very close attention to this review. ____________________________________ I would like to clarify one final point: they claimed that they contacted me to resolve the issue, but this is also false. No one ever contacted me, and I did not receive a single message from them. Please be extremely careful.
