We just got a new puppy and have had a Dog Art tag for 5 years for our other dog. They are well made, don't fade, peel or scratch. We were able to add a personalized photo to which was a huge bonus! Highly recommend.
I love the dog tags your company makes. I received two tags as a gift for our own dogs and just recently purchased a tag for someone else.
Your product is useful, cute and well made. Thanks you!
The tag is well done. Not only did this get ordered during a busy season. Dog-tag Art took an extra step to notify me that the order could possibly be delayed, because of the busy season. It came on time.
I LOVE this company and the fact that I can put my dog's personality on display on ID tags. HOWEVER I have to drop a star due to their changing materials from metal to the plastic or composite or whatever it is they're using now. The artwork gets so distorted that if there are any words on it, you can't read them. Also the edges seem to get rough faster, and my dogs try to chew on each other's tags. I didn't have any of those problems with the metal ones. With those issues, it's hard for me to decide to get more tags.
The communication was not great. I sent multiple messages to find out when mu order would ship/deliver, and if I could fet a tracking number. A week later, the response was, we don't use tracking numbers, and if you don't receive it it within 3 to 5 days, we can process a new order. A week after that, I did receive it in the mail. The online pictures made the tag look like it was textured or 3 dimensional. What I did receive, was a computer printed picture on the tag. Pretty disappointing. This was a Christmas gift for a friend. I would have returned it if our gift exchange wasn't literally the day after I got in the mail. I would not buy from them again or recommend.
Tag is just cheap plastic with design printed on it, and it's not done well. After two days of light use, the printing was already scratched up enough that you couldn't read the phone numbers on it. So we went back to the old-school etched tags from the local pet store. Wouldn't recommend wasting money on these.
