Hi! Our goal is to make every step of the Domestika Plus free-trial clear and easy to manage. How the purchase works: - You can choose between the reduced price or the regular price. With the reduced price, the banner itself explains that a 30-day free trial will start, showing the exact price that will be charged if the trial isn’t cancelled. - Once you move to the checkout page, the subscription details appear again, clearly visible above the course being purchased, to ensure transparency. If you choose not to have the subscription, which is possible at that moment, you can remove it, and the course price will be updated to the regular rate. - Notifications are sent to the email associated with your Domestika account during your trial period and you can cancel before the trial period ends from Profile › Subscriptions. About the charge you received, it seems like the trial wasn’t cancelled before the estimated period, so the annual membership was billed automatically. Please note that you can find more information in our Help Center: https://domestika.co/CS-PlusRefund Regards, Domestika Team.

I just started my first domestica…

I just started my first domestica course yesterday, so i need some time to form a proper opinion but so far i have noticed that the interface is very easy to navigate with written descriptions and noticeable bottoms making it beginner-friendly. I am excited to learn from the illustration course i chose and i am looking forward to completing my own project! This will definitely help me understand certain things in practice rather than just theory.

Two unauthorized charges

Two unauthorized charges: $0.93 on May 3, 2026, and $359.39 on June 3, 2026. The course I paid for on May 3 never appeared in my account - it shows "you don't have any courses yet." I contacted support and was told to look for a solution on the website myself, with no real help. I am now locked out of my account and being offered discounted courses instead of a resolution. This matches many other reports of the same pattern. I was charged $359.39 for an automatic renewal of my Domestika Plus subscription that I forgot to cancel in time. I had trouble finding my account and courses, since it turned out I had two separate accounts, which caused confusion about whether I had access to any content at all. I contacted Domestika support and opened a dispute with PayPal to request a refund for the unused renewed period. The process to cancel the subscription and get support was not straightforward, and I think the platform should make subscription management and renewal reminders clearer. I'm currently waiting for their response and hoping for a fair resolution.

Hi, Our team has reached out to you privately requesting more information about your case. We'd appreciate it if you could reply to us so we can assist you further Domestika Team.

This company stole half of my monthly…

This company stole half of my monthly pension, claiming I signed up for a course, when no such event took place. Congratulations Domestika, you’ve robbed a 75 year old man. Domestika is unresponsive to complaints, now fabricating documents to cover their wrongdoing. eply to Domestika Team Thank you for your standardised response, but it fails to address the fundamental issue: informed consent. Your "clear and easy" process is repeatedly cited by hundreds of consumers worldwide as deliberately misleading. A promotional banner buried within a discounted offer does not constitute clear or prominent consent to a high-cost annual subscription. This is not transparency – it is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. Furthermore, your claim that notifications are sent is contradicted by countless other complaints, including my own, that no clear warning of the impending charge was received. A promotional email is not a fair or valid notification of a significant financial transaction. Your business model appears designed to profit from consumer oversight rather than user intent. By using the .org domain, you benefit from an implied credibility that your commercial practices actively undermine. I have lodged complaints with Scamwatch Australia and the Public Interest Registry (PIR), and I will be initiating a chargeback if this matter is not resolved promptly. A full refund of the $341 USD taken without my informed consent is the only acceptable resolution.

Very hard, short and expensive non-refund policy

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before getting trapped: Be aware of the agressive sales funnel you are being lured into. Very hard and short non-refund policy. When I wanted to try one of their courses, I had to use the free trial period. When it seemed the course was not that interesting for me personally, I went on and was barely reminded of the 200 euro annual subscription that would automatically be activated, until it was too late. I reacted immediately and contacted them to request a refund. It was not easy to contact them and when I finally managed they cooly answered it was possible to stop a sunscription, but impossible to get a refund. I tried to see if I could get any use of the system during that year of subscription, but the content and the system are not my cup of tea, plus the trust in the company was gone. This combination of 1) aggressive advertising 2) short and unclear free trial period 3) hard non-refund policy should be regulated. It undermines the trust in online course systems. Many similar platforms offer the option ‘get refunded if it’s not your thing’, as proof they believe in their product. It is quite remarkable that Domestika does not do that, especially when you see the amount of similar stories on Trustpilot. This is not ‘an unfortunate situation’ any more, this is a business model and it is dispicable.

El curso era viejo

El curso era viejo, obsoleto en un tema tan cambiante como marketing de contenidos
