Really bad customer service

first couple of orders went great. good product, came on time, etc. no complaints. I thought I had found a US shipper was very pleased. Then It all went bad, Most of my last 2 orders are now well over 30 days. I have 1 out of a set of 4 christmas chair covers, The beads that I ordered to make christmas gifts over a MONTH ago are still not here. I have left several messages, even asked for a refund. I almost begged for some, or any communication. In short still no beads or decrations I ordered. Hopeing this will get them to answer my messages.

Dear Sarr Really sorry for all the inconvenience caused, I have just checked the previous orders that we shipped out from USA warehouse, they were delivered to you within the time we offer, for one parcel that took around 28 days for delivery cause you have chose the shipping method of airmail from China that will need around 20--28days on delivery, hope you can kindly understanding on this. For the backorder items just now we have stocks if you need urgent then we will arrange shipment for you soon. As we have sent many emails to you regarding the message you sent on 2nd, 3rd,4th, 5th, each day we have sent email to you but not get any reply from you. Would you mind checking your email box and junk email box? If you want to contact us online then you can talk with us on our work time from 8:30AM--6:00PM , as for the time you came before is not our work time, then we haven't reply to you in time, really sorry for this. Doreen Beads

I have purchased quite a few times now from within the UK and Doreen Beads provides an excellent service. I have always had orders be dispatched quickly and arrive pretty fast with no issue. I love the points system they have and they provide discounts depending on how much you spend. I love the fact that the amount adds up each time you order rather than having to spend a large amount each time :D

Doreen Beads is the best

Doreen Beads is the best supplier for jewelry making supplies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is superior, if you need something they don't have they will go out of their way to find it for you. They answer any questions almost immediately. Their products are great quality and the best prices and free shipping, they have it all, no reason to shop any where else.

Excellent customer service

When excellent customer service is a non-entity any more, you cannot say that about Doreenbeads. I have only recently started making jewelry again and my first choice of products was Doreenbeads. Their excellent customer service has not changed in the several years that I was not productive. Thank you Doreenbeads for making customer service a priority. You've won!!
