DOREEN BEADS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Purchased glass beads, not bubble wrapped, no packaging at all. Of course everything arrived broken. Seller wants to refund me a $1? Really? How about all the beads broken, several lots? I DON'T RECOMMEND doreen beads. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD QUALITY.

Customer Service is Amazing!
My order got lost in the mail, to no fault of Doreen Beads. I reached out for help and a representative named Lynn responded. They were extremely kind and communicative. Because the package was lost by USPS, there was nothing we could do. That being said, they resent the package (expedited) and added credits to my Doreenbeads account, and I couldn't be happier. I was so excited to receive my package and the beads are of great quality. I will shop with them again! Lynn and the Doreenbeads team went far beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them!
