My biggest take away from the workshop was that, as soon as I feel ready to present a group challenge and have everything aligned to support it, I want to do so. I know that there are many people who need what I have. Presenting one to many would mean that I could serve more people faster.
I say to any one considering joining that it is a “no brainer”, really! Doug is exceptionally good at what he does and you will be learning from a Master of the craft.

A working week, not a webinar
I signed up because I'm a Chartered Accountant with a software product on the way, and I wanted to see how a properly run one-to-many launch works from the inside before attempting my own.
What struck me most was the level of system behind the week. Nothing is accidental: the daily structure, the action tasks, the app keeping score, the way each session builds one idea on the last. The format has clearly been refined over many runs, and you learn as much from watching how the week is operated as from the content itself. The session on offer math (room size, conversion rate, price) made the model concrete enough to apply the same day.
If you're considering it: come with a real offer and do the daily tasks. It's a working week, not a webinar to lurk in. The AI tools hand you a decent first draft, and the real value is in the structure and the accountability. Well worth the ticket price.

I signed up for this workshop because I wanted to learn more about how to run a successful 5-day challenge. I ran a challenge a few years ago and it was horrible. I love how Doug took us through the 5-day challenge creation process step-by-step. Each day had very easy to complete action steps that gave the end result of having the complete 5-day challenge outline done. The only way a 5-day challenge will do horribly now is if I simply fail to follow through. If you're considering joining, just do it. I signed up for Doug's Challenges That Convert Workshop because I was intrigued by the idea of one business system and the simplicity of that. My biggest takeaway is that I can get really good at zeroing in on the 20% of things I already do to get 80% of the results. It is freeing to know I don't have to to do everything and will still get results. If you are thinking of joining the workshop, I would say "Just do it" It is soooo worth it!!!
I signed up for the current Challenges that Convert Challenge because I knew that repetition aids learning and I really wanted to engage with Doug's Challenge again so that I could improve my understanding of his processes.
The biggest takeaway this time (I have been to one before) was how much I missed the first time. I have learnt things this time that I would have told you I knew off by heart, but Doug has the uncanny wisdom to say what you need before you even think it.
