Dragonfly is the best courier we have ever had deliver to our house. The drivers are very friendly and best of all Dragonfly keeps their promise about delivery times. Wish all courier companies were as efficient and pleasant as DRAGONFLY.
My contact with the young man who delivered my parcel. He was courteous, friendly, made sure he handed me the parcel, and that things were done correctly. He is a real asset to Dragonfly, and from the time they received the package they politely kept me informed. Right down to the last hour. That is Excellent Customer Service in Every Way! Thank You!
Instructions were followed. Delivery guy KNOCKED LOUDLY ON MY APPT DOOR as per instructions. We get a lot stolen so I really appreciated that. Great to be able to follow delivery vehicle on Amazon app.
