driver was rude

driver was rude, refused to take package to our shipping/receiving area, dumped it on the counter, refused to give me her name, and stormed out. Terrible service.

Just give up

The driver couldn’t leave my package at the address where they leave others’ packages, gave up and went back to Prince George and instead of contacting me to try again simply returned the item to Amazon. What is happening to our society and the tenets of customer service?

This company is terrible. Anytime I get a package through them from Amazon it's ALWAYS a minimum of a week late.

Only 1 thing when they say leave at front door they should say front door of your apt. I See a lot of parcels at front door of the lobby!!! I was lucky it was front door of my apt. Thank You.

Worst courier in all of Canada. NO F's given

bought an item to be shipped to be at work and on the delivery instructions I noted the store hours and where to hand the package too. I get an update at noon saying the package will arrive by 1pm... well the store is now closed and I got home and of cource I get a nother e-mail saying the package will arrive in an hour. I call B.S. I wish every online order I did gave options to choose a shipping provider so I can Avoid these guys. clearly they do not give a frack about customer service. so I went back to work to accept the package, I waited patently for someone to stop and walk up to the door to check if anyone was home, I was outside sitting on the planters outside. no one came by, I then got a e-mail saying a delivery was attempted, well no such delivery was attempted and I have the security camera footage to prove it. they wasted my time Twice and them claim an attempt was made via e-mail while I am sitting outside. this isnt the first time this company has done this to me. worst shipping company.
