DO NOT TRUST DRIFT CO WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS - THEY WILL PUT UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON YOUR CARD. I ordered a drift pack around Christmas and I specifically chose an option to pay more and opt out of a subscription because I was moving house. After a month they THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR A PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. Despite the fact I paid significantly more to avoid opting into any subscription - they opted me into one anyway without my consent! I contacted them immediately but they only have one email address to contact them through and they conveniently did not respond to any of my emails. You can only contact them by this specific email (they have no mobile number) and they will not respond when they know that you want a refund for an unauthorised charge. Absolute scumbags. You have been warned!! The product itself is actually decent and I would have recommended it but the company is so shady, they literally steal from their customers and there are many other reviews corroborating this pattern of unethical thieving behaviour from Drift co. I wish I had been warned prior to purchasing - so I am warning you! To drift co: if you are reading this F YOU. I’m not removing this truthful review even if (unlikely because you are selfish scamming scumbags) I get my refund. You stole funds from my bank account during a time when my mother had died and I was paying for a funeral on my own. I hope you experience someone stealing from you when you are at your most vulnerable. I wish you the absolute worst. I hope you go out of business. I made this account specifically to make this review and I'm going to comment on your socials to warn others. You made an enemy of me.

LASTED 2 DAYS

Lasted 2 days! Threw it in the trash! I cant believe I bought it. Wanted to try something different and what a LET DOWN!! Went back to Walmart Febreeze ones! BUYER BEWARE....

Great scents that last however watch out for the 'hidden' subscription button especially when ordering from phone and not desktop.

Do not buy this, this company are atrocious, they damaged my car and i bought this product for its alleged premium quality. If you buy this for your car you will regret it and you will end up with a damaged car like mine.

A Most Disappointing Voyage in Fragrance

⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Having parted with ten pounds sterling for this most curious contraption, I had expected a fragrance befitting a gentleman of means and distinction. Alas, my expectations were dashed upon the rocks with the swiftness of a frigate in a storm. The packaging arrived in splendid fashion, all pomp and ceremony, as though one were receiving a treasure chest from the East Indies. Yet upon opening it, I discovered that the true treasure was, regrettably, the packaging itself. The scent, whilst pleasant enough at first encounter, deserted its post within mere days. I have known sailors with a stronger commitment to duty. Before the week was out, the fragrance had vanished entirely, leaving behind only memories and disappointment. As for the famed wooden insert, advertised as a mark of quality craftsmanship, it is thinner than the patience of a tax collector. The magnetic attachment is secured by what appears to be a single crooked metal clasp. Indeed, the device detached itself whilst I traversed a speed bump and struck me upon the head. An unexpected feature, though I suspect not an intended one. For the same expenditure, I could have procured a small fleet of common air fresheners from the local marketplace and enjoyed fragrant travels for months rather than days. In summary: ⚓ Excellent presentation ⚓ Pleasant initial scent ⚓ Disappointing longevity ⚓ Questionable build quality ⚓ Poor value for money Drift sells itself as a premium product. In my humble opinion, it is rather a common air freshener dressed in the attire of an admiral. God save your purse.

Wood scent last less than 1 month

The wood scent can only last less than a month. Long shipping time and delay, quite a bad experience with this shop.

A total RIP OFF! They charge you monthly make it difficult to cancel and only sent the first months product even though thy keep charging you. They do not provide a phone number to contact n product don't hold scent!

I love ❤️ the way both my cars smells

I love ❤️ the way both my cars smell, as do all the folks I take for a ride. EVERYONE mentions how wonderful the car smells. Customer Support has always been helpful. Can imagine living without my drift products.

I find the scents too strong!

I find the scents too strong. (Like men’s cologne.) I’ve reached out to Customer Service on a couple of occasions in the past month and I didn’t hear back. I ended up canceling my subscription.

Don't be duped

Don't be duped. It's a subscription service and it's not advertised that it is until you are on the screen to pay now. I almost signed up for $40 a month just trying to get $20 worth of items. Don't buy from them.

You will be duped jusy like me

Just like others I didn't realise it was a subscription. When I tried to refund -they don't unless it is faulty! Very misleading and won't buy from a company who operate like this. Avoid

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I never signed up for the subscription, they continued to take my money after I cancelled it. Let the first payment slide, and then it happened again. I emailed to advise and told them I didn’t want anymore and to give me my money back and stop sending me the frigging air fresheners - I attached a screen shot of them saying thanks for my order. Someone emailed me back to say my subscription is cancelled and they have no record of a subscription. Guess what, they have sent me a confirmation email saying my order is on its way. I am furious and just over it. Don’t buy off them. They scam you into a subscription and their customer experience is dreadful.
