Drinktanks® started in 2013 in Bend, Oregon, where craft beer is more of a lifestyle than just something you casually drink. Bend residents are also an extremely active bunch, so we saw a growing demand for premium craft beer containers that could withstand an adventurous, beer filled lifestyle. So we sought out to create a complete growler system that would prevent sacrificing beer quality for mobility – all while reducing the need for cans and bottles that often end up in landfills or littered. This is where our story began, and after two years of research and development, in 2015 we launched The Perfect Growler & Personal Keg to keep beer cold, fresh, and carbonated.

I had just poured a frothy brew when I saw the email for this survey! I’ve had multiple beers over multiple days and thoroughly enjoy the ability to extend the life of a growler of great craft beer! It’s easy, it looks good, and most importantly it works! I’m glad that I had a question and called, because I enjoyed the conversation and Customer Service. I look forward to sharing my purchase and my beer with many folks to come! Thank you.
Ordered items, arrived ahead of scheduled time... Very well pleased with DrinkTanks!!!!
This was an excellent gift for my Son! He loves it so much!!! He couldn’t stop thanking me!!! Thank you Drink Tanks! No it time for me to order one for myself!!!
I LOVE DRINKTANKS!!!! Arrived faster than expected and excellent customer service! Thank you! You have my business always!
We have two drinktank growlers already and needed another one! We ordered a custom growler, two custom pint glasses, and the keg cap kit for our upcoming wedding. I’m a graphic artist by nature and was anxious about how the graphics and colors would translate, but my worries were unfounded! All three custom pieces came out perfect, the colors are beautiful, and the keg cap has great instructions! We’re really looking forward to using those on our special day! Consistently very happy with all of the products we have from drinktank.
Awesome products, looking forward to years of use!!
I ordered on Friday night and received my order on Tuesday, excellent communication about the shipping. Very happy with my purchase.
Timely delivery No problem with the product it was as portrayed
Easy to find the items that I needed on the website. I placed the order efficiently and received my items quickly.
Smooth as silk. Everything went perfectly!
Product is well made and customer service is great.
I ordered the keg cap, since I have 2 of the growlers and thought it would be nice to have eventually ( eventually because COVID is keeping all my favorite breweries from filling any customer owned growlers). I also ordered a lid for the insulated pint cup I received free with my first growler. I'm not sure I'll use the cup for beer, but I definitely will for coffee - hence needing a lid. The shipping was delayed for whatever reason, and I actually managed to almost forget that I ordered the stuff in the first place, until I got the request to leave a review. I cannot speak to the function of the keg cap, as I have no beer other than my own to try it out with, but the person I dealt with via email (Josiah) was very apologetic and helpful. So 4 stars.
I order wrong item, I emailed and no response on to how to return and get correct item. I need the growler that goes with the keg cap system. Other than that order Was easy and quick to receive item. I just need to know how to send back item I got and buy the correct item.
Works well. Looks like it should last longer than the original.
Great customer service order arrived fast

Great Product! Love how sturdy it is.
I contacted Drink Tank in order to find out where to purchase a part and they covered it. They are sending a replacement. Awesome product support.
This looks like a fabulous brush, but does it really have to be almost 2 feet long?
