Very user friendly

The website is very user friendly and super easy to use! I made a mistake on my order and customer service was top notch, too! The only thing I would suggest adding (or making easier to find) is an order history section. Great work, otherwise! Thank you!

I purchased DrinkTanks' 64-oz growler…and Keg Cap

I purchased DrinkTanks' 64-oz growler from Dust Bowl Brewery in Monterey because they highly recommended this plus they give a generous discount for filling it up for all of 2021. It has exceeded my expectations on keeping the brew cold. To make the growler complete, I purchased the Keg Cap from DrinkTank directly. I arrived in three days and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I no longer have to drink up the brew in two days. The Keg Cap system has kept my brews fresh for four days which is just the right amount time for me to enjoy a growler full of brew without overindulging at any one sitting. It took me a few trials to get the right amount of CO2 into the growler but now that I have it figured out, I appreciate this simplistic system as compared to any of the larger automatic pressurizing contraptions.

The website is very easy to use and easy to order from! Simple and efficient. I have no ideas on ways to make it better. If you need help they put their phone number on the bottom of every page and the people are very friendly and willing to help!

Needs to work on communication.

Was quick to acknowledge order and pull money from my PayPal account, but no updates or tracking info. It wasn't until I called that I found out product had shipped. This is a issue since it is being delivered to Chicago where porch pirates are commonplace I need to know when it's going to be delivered. Customer service was nice after they called me back, and was able to provide a tracking number, but wasn't able to update my account info to show the purchase. This review is only for their system since I have yet to receive the actual product yet.

This is my third drink tank purchase. We now have all three sizes and love them, can't go wrong!

STEP BACKWARDS

We have owned a 128 oz for several years and literally used it everyday. Most of the time it is bigger than we needed so we bought a 64 oz. We even talked about buying 2 so one could be in the teardrop camper and we would not forget or have to move it back and forth. So glad we did not waste our money. The lid attachment mechanism has 2 issues. 1) The wires that loop over the top are not aligned with the slots in the lid (with extra effort not needed on our 128 oz you can force them in line) 2) The wires that loop over the top are spring loaded to pop up so that when you pour they are in the pour stream and cause a mess (again this is not an issue on our old 128 oz.). I tried bending the wires to relieve the pop up pressure and then they just come off.

Order was filled and shipped quickly. Arrived before estimated arrival date. This is my second drink tank. I also have the keg cap. Only thing I would like to see is a way to track my order.

Support Local Breweries and Reduce My Recycle Pile

Love this growler! Not only do I like to support local breweries where I live, but also when I'm on vacation! The Drink Tank is the perfect size for take home and the keg cap keeps it fresh! I also love that I can use the Drink Tank to reduce my trips to the recycle bin...no need to bring home cans or bottles!

Keg cap and growler

Great product if your valve isn't broken when you purchase your keg cap, lost both co2 cartridges because of it and have no idea how to fix it other than buying a whole new cap... but if it worked properly this would be a 5 star review, the growler is AMAZING! Kept our drinks cold for 2 days! All in all great product just wish the valve wasn't broken.

I've had a Drink Tank for a few years…

I've had a Drink Tank for a few years now and I absolutely love it. All of my other growlers are collecting dust because my Drink Tank keeps the beer so well for so long. Just bought the 128oz and got a tap kit and I'm very excited to use it!

Poor Customer Service-No Response

Love the product but customer service is non-existence. I sent this as a christmas present and kept checking for it to ship. Order status kept saying "processing". I reached out to customer servcie twice with Zero response about when it would ship. The product actually shipped and delivered, yet the order continues to say 'processing" and no one ever responded to my request for info. This does not bode well for maintaining a customer or gaining another purchase.

Drink Tanks Growler Tap

I really like the 64 oz tank. I gave 4 stars because of the tap. Being a new user, I used 1 C02 cartridge with my first fill. It was a bit awkward to use at first but seemed like it was working better the more I used it. I went to use the C02 the next day and it was dead. Maybe just my inexperience.
