Excellent communication – and I did receive the drone back and visually appears completely repaired. I have not yet had a chance to fly the drone yet, but if their repairs are as good as their customer service is, I'm sure I'll be happy. I dealt with Robert and he was an excellent communicator.

I tried contacting 2 other places that were closer to home. Saw Drone Nerds ad and called them. They answered and explained what I needed to do. In the same day I had the information to fill out and attached to return box. Took two days each time in delivery. They responded and explained what needed doing and cost associated with repair. They completed repairs and sent form for payment. Simple. When drone came back it operated just like when it was new. Very pleased with their way of doing business. Highly recommend them.
Honest guys. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair my drone due to a lack of manufacturer support and parts. But they waived the diagnostic charge and returned it promptly. I ordered a replacement from them and had it the next day at the same price as larger retailers.

They kept us informed every step of the way, promptly providing a detailed repair estimate that was much more reasonable than we had anticipated. I had a broken landing gear on my Mavic Air 2. Found Drone Nerds online and very glad I did! This is a very professional company, when they received the drone they documented everything that was shipped with it by providing photos of each item, then explained that the repair process would take 7-10 business days. It was diagnosed and repaired on the 8th day. Yamel communicated with me via email a few times, and my drone was successfully repaired and returned to me. Would definitely use Drone Nerds again!

I had a really good experience with this company, but unfortunately I decided not to go through with them. I communicated with Drew Walker for around 4 months regarding a DJI O4 Air Unit Pro. He was completely transparent along the way and he helped me out with every question I had. I ended up pulling out of my reservation because I found a better deal on a prebuilt drone that would be less work for me, and he saw my refund out in a VERY timely manner. If I ever need help again, I’ll definitely be going with DroneNerds.
