What a waste of everybody's time
If you'd like to waste many hours sitting down, trying to get the products working, sure. Go ahead. However, if not, avoid using something like Dropshipman. The live chat service is very questionable - I don't know if it's a real human being who speaks English as a second language, someone using a translator or a robot that's two circuits short of a fuse. I had to issue a full refund to a customer because they had ordered a product that simply would not ship. There was no option to fix this (despite what the live chat operator was saying). At one point, even the live chat operator admitted they didn't know what was going on and that they had never seen the issue before. In the mean time, I had to do all the work - don't expect them to get involved and help resolve the issues - and I had to spend hours of my time trying to fix it so the customer would get their order. In the end, the customer had to be refunded and I was up until 6:00am trying to fix the problems. These are problems that should be simple but unfortunately, were not easily fixed or easily understood. On the surface, Dropshipman seems like a great idea and I would love for it to work. But it seems like an unfinished app for Shopify that does not connect properly with Aliexpress. That, in addition to the fact that I couldn't get the live chat support to understand what was going on has left me with no choice but to delete all of the products I was originally promoting because they were all tied to Dropshipman and therefore, I had no confidence that if someone placed another order that the order would be fulfilled. Dropshipman - please, either fix the issues or give up. Dropshipper - just avoid this app because it will waste your time and eventually, your money.
