This is regarding an order from Oct 2022, as I was so frustrated that I ultimately stuck the strap in a drawer and forgot about it. The strap I ordered arrived poorly made, sewing was crooked and as such the strap had an odd curve to it. It looked cheap, not worth what I paid. The process to attempt a refund was frustrating, as the seller’s first response was to blame me. Then the only option given was either a $15 refund, or I’d have to pay $15-$25 to send the strap back to China. Which is ridiculous, the customer should never have to incur costs for returning a defective item. I gave up because I got frustrated and was spending too much time on the back and forth, but now thinking back I’m very angry that I was scammed. It is very risky to order from this seller, as the customer will be out money even with their “money back guarantee.”

Cartier leather watch band cost $250 , received in June 2022, fell to pieces in February 2023. Overpriced and rubbish quality. It also took 2 months to make and deliver. Contacted them regarding poor quality, no reply. A complete rip off - look elsewhere. Update : After posting this review, I was finally contacted by Drwatchstrap and I quote “ if it has an issue after using it for 9 months, it is none of our responsibility” Says it all - do not use this company”
I am sorry to hear that the watch band is broken after 9 months. It is very hard to tell from the picture you sent. Some watch bands can be repaired after period of time. Please understand the watch band is consumable product. It is all depend how you wear it and how you take care of it. If you are prone to sweating, the life of the strap will be correspondingly reduced. We would be happy to offer a new one for you at half of the retail price. Watch Strap received is not as wide as original strap which allows the clasp to wiggle side ways and open. The pins that are provided are flimsy. Waste of Money

Be sure to confirm the lug size for watch end, buckle end with us. 1mm different would make difference. I ordered 2 straps for my Cartier Roadster . First one dark blue with textile and claps and cane ok . The jeweler told me was not leather , the second one I ordered on black color and came in a cheap leather imitation , not with upper textile like the first one . I wrote them and they asked me to send it back and pay the post office another 30 euros and wait 2-3 weeks… Paid almost $300 for a cheap fake leather , and they didn’t even felt to send me the correct one for free … P.S. I send them pictures as requested with the fake leather one they sent

This is NOT leather, it is fabric material. The second one we shipped to you it was black calfskin, it is genuine calfskin and first layer.
