I purchased two of the Stanley Cup, Dr. Waters they both failed within two months filed. Warranty claims Jack from Dr. WATER responded one time from the company then they went dark. I haven’t heard back from him. I’ve sent several emails. Still no response so I’m out over $300.

If I could give this company a zero…
If I could give this company a zero rating I definitely would do that I am very dissatisfied with my order because I have not received it yet I ordered on June 27th it is now July 21st and I still haven't gotten my water bottle I would never order from this company again and I don't recommend anyone else order from this company it takes forever for a response you can't even track your order.

Bad communication and slow processing / shipping
Ordered my product on July 5. According to their own web site, handling should take 0-1 business days, with shipping an additional 2-3 days for delivery. Even though I ordered on a weekend, I should have my product by now (today is the fifth business day following my order). No communication from the company, no processing update, no shipping update, nothing! Horrible communication!
I purchased 2 of the Dr. Water “Stanley Cup” They both failed within 90 days. I worked with Jack to get 1 of them covers under warranty. After going back-and-forth for a month, they sent me a replacement that one lasted about 40 days and also quit working. I reached back out to try to get Warranty Jack responded a couple of times then went dark. I’ve since tried to navigate my warranty through the Amazon A-to-Z product warranty return still with no luck.

I really appreciate the full disclosure…
I really appreciate the full disclosure you guys present.
I remember when I ordered it that you mentioned how hydrogen water studies are still in its infancy. But you also mentioned that there are doubtless no side effects; and, if nothing else, drinking water is very good for you anyway.
That is one of the reasons why I thought I’d give it a shot—I could never bring myself to drink very much water on a regular basis. The possibility that there is something even more beneficial to it has helped me to faithfully drink at least two tumblers each day 😁
Thanks again!

Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. I notified Dr Water, prior to the receipt of shipment, that I was no longer interested in using the product and that I was dissatisfied with their product reviews. Today I learned that their 30 day return policy begins to penalize buyers who do not return the product within 7 days.

Return
I had to return my mug twice and got quick replacement.
Too expensive compared to other bottles. I understand it's higher concentrate of hydrogen 8000? But come on the size of this black bottle is so so tiny suits a baby such small amount water at a times actually takes 15mins just to make one pint! I would avoid and go for a larger bottle I've tried many bottles and despite the 8000 feels no different to other lower hydrogen bottles

If I could give this product 0 stars
If I could give this product 0 stars; I would. Not only is it cheaply made, if it even does make hydrogen, the lid doesn't seal! So, whatever hydrogen it could have made escapes from the top. On top of that, the pitcher is quite pricey! And definitely not worth it! Did I mention how long it took to be delivered! Smh they got me but I definitely don't recommend these products!

Great customer service!
I received the Dr. Water Tumbler today and it came with a part that I didn’t recognize, nor was it listed as a part in the instruction manual. I emailed and received a response from James within two hours on a Saturday. Turns out it’s a storage case for the cleaning brush. I didn’t know Customer Service like this even existed today.
I really like the fast response when I have a Q. The updates of the order and shipping info. The ease of the directions and operation of device. The packaging is B E A utiful.
Quality is not as advertised and slow response time
I purchased their Hydrotumbler that is advertised to generate between 1600-3000 ppb of hydrogen. I purchased a hydrogen water test reagent and the most I got out of 5 tests was 900, the average was 800. The other issue was customer service, the response time is very slow, like 4 days per email on average, it's like they don't really care, or they try to stretch the days till the return period lapses, overall didn't have a good experience with their customer service.

product is cheaply made
product is cheaply made, lid does not seal and there fore the hydrogen basically evaporates through the lip of the top of the pitcher. the quality of materials are questionable and i was unable to get a direct answer from the co. when asked. the return process was poor to say the least. procrastination responses from the co. who also would NOT provide me with a pre paid return shipping label. when i went through the process of return i had to pay 25 dollars for ups pick up a week out along with the page would not allow me to print a return shipping label, also you have to take several photos of the pitcher and submit it which will then go through a review process before they either approve or decline your return. so trying this product for 30 day and if not satsified is false. the co does everything they can do to make the return process painful and frustrating. would never recommend this co or product. will never purchase from this co again.

Dr. Water Review
I was looking forward to getting my hydrogen water pitcher so much. There were a few bumps in the road in reference to shipping. Which was weather related. The customer service team at Dr. Water were awesome. They kept me informed and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. I am so happy and I am enjoying my water pitcher. Thank you to everyone, especially Jack with customer service.
Instructions clearly stated that there should be water in the unit which there was not. This should either be changed in the circular or an addition should be added that it may or may not have water in it.
Awesome product. Having great results using Dr. Water. Customers service is top notch. Accidentally washed the charging port and they sent a new one at no charge. Will definitely be purchasing again.

A Retracted Statement of Worse Customer…
A Retracted Statement of Worse Customer Service.
After I sent that review stating as much, a few hours later, I received a phone call from a customer service representative named Jack, who addressed all the issues I had raised in the review. My HydroFixx drink mix arrived today. Now that all that is behind me, I can enjoy my HydroTumbler as I should. It works mechanically, but it is too early to give any results. I've only been drinking 3 to 4 of these a day. One thing I can say, it is making me drink more water.
I purchased the Dr. Water Model HP-68 pitcher because Doctor Steven Gundry said the Resveratrol supplement I take would work better with hydrogenated water. I don't have any way to know if the hydrogenated water, or the Resveratrol, have had any health benefits, but I did notice that I have been snacking less during the day. This may be because when drinking hydrogenated water, the person feels full during the day, and as a result, less snacking. I will explain. I used to snack a lot between meals, but after using the Dr. Water pitcher in the morning, later during the day, if I do snack, even just a small burp will make me feel the urge to vomit. But don't me alarmed, there is no vomiting, just a feeling of having a full stomach. And thus, less snacking.
