I’ve had the bike for 1 year, problems started about 4-6 months in, bike intermittently not starting, after much correspondence with service team they agreed to send out new parts which I had to pay a mechanic to replace. Bike worked for a bit then the same problems have reoccurred. Now duotts are saying my bike is over 1 year old so not under warranty. I just want this bike gone, it’s caused me so much hassle and money. I have no confidence in it. My advice is to give this brand a wide birth.

I am extremely satisfied with my Duotts N26 bike. Everything is extremely well designed and high quality. 👉 Excellent battery life, better than expected. 👉 The bike has a fully legal restricted mode, where the throttle is limited to 6 km/h, making it 100% compliant. 👉 This restricted mode can be deactivated, and once unlocked, the bike delivers its full power with a very responsive throttle. 👉 Mobile app unlockable with the phone, simple and efficient. 👉 Bike unlock code can be changed, which is very practical and reassuring for security. 🔥 The bike really turns heads wherever I go, and it is extremely powerful and responsive when unlocked. Strong acceleration, lots of torque, and a very punchy feeling — a real pleasure to ride. The customer service is outstanding: – very fast responses, – extremely kind and professional staff, – clear explanations for everything, – very detailed shipment tracking from start to finish. Regarding delivery, the transport service is top-notch, but it’s important to mention one thing: 📞 the delivery company will call you (via Sébastien) to confirm the delivery. If you don’t answer the phone, the package will not be delivered, so make sure to pick up. The wheels are huge but perfect: very comfortable and stable. I already have 500 km on the bike, and no issues at all so far. 👉 In summary: excellent product, legal when restricted, extremely powerful when unlocked, outstanding customer service, and serious delivery. I 100% recommend this bike and the brand without hesitation!

This is my second Duotts bike (the first one was unfortunately stolen). Overall, it's a sturdy, reliable bike. Unfortunately, the second bike is less resistant to moisture. After six months of use, the chain and fork rusted, the rear light broke due to moisture, and most likely the display broke for the same reason. The Netherlands has a very humid climate (humidity is almost always over 70-80%). However, customer support is excellent – replacement parts have always been sent very quickly. The batteries are high-quality. I haven't noticed any loss of capacity. Overall, I highly recommend Duotts products!

If you want to buy original parts for this bike, be prepared that there are no original parts available. There's a store called Duotts that sells cheap, non-original replacements for seven times the price of AliExpress. The parts are not original. My rear bike light doesn't have a brake light and it cost 20 euros. I don't recommend them. Scammers and thieves!!!

I like my c29 bike
I bought a c29 bike in february just for exercise, insted of going to gym. The bike is great but i had 2 issues, first with the rear brake and the second with the replacement of controller. Ruby sent both spare parts, i made the replacements and the bike is like new after 1800km. Thank you Duotts and Ruby
Delayed shipping or scam?
I bought a bike one month ago and I still don’t receive anything, I don’t know what to think, I’m starting to believe that they are scammers. I bought the bike in the official Duotts website for the presale of the 28 November. However, tomorrow is the presale of 10 December and I still didn’t receive my order. Definitely something smells bad here

I bought the duotts c29 one year ago, and 15000km after, i can tell you that this bycicle is the best one i had all my life, i use it for work (food delivery) and it does the job better than any other vehicle, good battery, good speed, doesn't need any physical effort so i can use it day and night without getting tired. All of that + the warantee that makes you use it without fearing anything because they can help you with anything you need. I had to change the front light, they answered me directly by email and sent me a new one without me paying anything. Same thing with the motor, i had a problem in it 10months after buying the bycicle and they sent me a new one without trying to avoid me or avoid the replacement. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!

I had a problem that I needed to get sorted out with my bike. I worked with their support representative and I have to say they hung in there all the way. I give them my highest recommendation. Other companies I have dealt with don’t come anywhere close to these folks. They want you to be happy with your purchase. Very caring and super helpful.
