The PayPal guest checkout was painful
The PayPal guest checkout was painful. I have an account, but the site kept asking me to log in again. Very frustrating. A direct credit card payment option would have been much easier.

I could not see the related battery charger for the battery I ordered. Therefore, I had to email somebody to get this information. It would be better if compatible battery chargers were referenced with all batteries. The service person who responded was helpful.

OEM replacement brand name battery.
Found OEM replacement, well-recognized brand name battery that's not available anywhere else in the US - not some unknown aftermarket substitute. Price is great, free shipping - hopefully, it'll be as good as OEM, as well.

I love that Duracell has the BLS 50 battery and it is at least as good as the one Olympus makes for my camera. It is also a MUCH better price! Much. Shipping is pretty fast and it's a great alternative for those of us boycotting amazon, target and walmart. Yay Duracell!

It was hard to do an order
It was hard to do an order. I went to place an order - went to the order and had to create an account. The address zip code was confusing when i put it in - then I created an account and put my address in. the complete address did not have the complete zip code. I went back out and had to start all over again twice before I placed this order with the complete zip code.
