Wondershare DVD Creator is hopeless
Wondershare DVD Creator is hopeless, program keeps crashing, freezing at the 75% mark of burning. What is worse is that you then cannot exit the program without a forced closure of your PC. Terrible product!!

Quick and Knowledgeable Customer Service
Wondershare didn't hesitate to fix my problem. I had an issue with a corrupted file and within one day, they where all over it. They where very knowledgeable about the problem as well and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. A five star rating is well deserved here and they've definitely earned my continued business. Wondershare is great for windows.
I use windows and Wondershare is a great editing tool to help with my video content. I had a problem using it when I switched computers and online support responded quickly to get me back into my portal.

A great product
I use Filmora and I am too glad with this fantastic product. I use it a lot because I need to make several videos per month. I had a problem, but caused by me, and the support was very professional and very nice. It deserves, indeed, my 5 stars.
FILMORA X - SUPER
I had problems with FILMORA only of this kind that it constantly required entering a password. I contacted support and they helped me quickly and clearly. I heard that FILMORA freezes .I have been using it over a year and I have never had problems with freezing in all this time. I use Corel Video Studio 2021 (4 years),Movavi 2021 and FILMORA X I say absolutely sincerely FILMORA X became my favorite program. I only use it. Thanks

Great customer service
Had an issue when I updated my laptop. Application error kept popping up and then close the wondershare DVD program by itself I emailed customer service got a reply in 24 hours with an update to Wondershare DVD program. Updated and problem was solved. Great customer service.

probably the best customer service i have experienced. from the get go any niggles i had and they responded within a day or 2 max. offering solutions to teething problems and all the help i could manage. Lisa helped me as much as possible and always courteous as was other staff who responded to my queries.
