SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Shipping extremely delayed and no accurate shipping tracking available. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still have no ETA of where my parcel is, no help available to locate the items after spending $500 on knives.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience of poor customer service and inaccurate information provided online about their goods and services. I am now wondering if the knives are even good quality as I won’t be opening the boxes to check as I will be sending them straight back for a refund.
I ordered these at the start of the month because they were advertised as made by blacksmiths in australia and shipped within australia by australia post to arrive within 10 days. After 15 days my tracking finally initiated and indicated that they were being sent (most likely from a mass production factory) in China. Customer service never replies. Dispute raised. Do not buy this product.

It was time to replace our kitchen knives. After looking & researching knives that friends suggested, I decided on Northern Knife. They looked awesome and the 2 free deal was enticing enough (sometimes sketchy). They come in very nice boxes and are more awesome looking in person. Very sharp knives! I’ve had them a couple weeks now and have used the Odin’s chef knife & Loki Viking knife quite a bit. Beautiful handling knives. Great choice I’ve made. I have shown them off to friends and family and given them my approval of these beautiful knives.

Thanks, Broc — and good instinct on the handles. A light coat of food-safe mineral oil every few weeks keeps the wood conditioned and looking its best: rub it in with a soft cloth, let it sit overnight, wipe off the excess. Enjoy the blades! — Andy @ NorthernKnife

Love the knifes I have received so far. These are super sharp. Cut myself just taking one out of the package. My fault! Still waiting for one knife to arrive. When I reached out to the company to find out why it did not come in the original shipment, the response was quick and reassuring that it was shipping from another location. Won’t respond to me about a non shipped knife. Have tried to contact them with zero success. The knives look to work well but not getting the most expensive knife in the group is a little frustrating.

I ordered these for my husband for our 6th anniversary which is the iron anniversary, I know they are made of iron but they are forged so I say it counts! The ordering process was very easy, they shipped quickly and when they arrived the packaging was great! My husband loved them, they were sharp the detail on the feather knife was gorgeous! The Feather Knife started this journey. Saw it on socials and thought at very least it will be a good conversation piece. I then see the deal, buy 2 get two free AND a mystery knife, I was all in. The order took no time and the delivery was almost just as quick. The packaging on these knives is insane. I mean that in a good way, individually cut to fit bubble wrap that is usually reserved for art pieces. When I opened the Feather Knife box I understood the packaging. This knife is a work of art. The online picture does it no justice, the attention to detail and craftsmanship is unbelievable. Did I mention it is also razor sharp right out of the box? It is almost too pretty to use but I had to use it and it feels great and cuts even better. In fact all these knives are incredibly sharp and each has its own unique quality. The mystery knife was not the smallest cheapest knife they sell either, they sent a very nice large butcher knife as a gift. Take it from a skeptic at heart, you cannot go wrong with Northern Knives everything they offer is top notch quality. I will be ordering a few more to round out my collection.

I've not had the opportunity to use any of the knives for anything but opening a package in the mail. The knives feel solid with a nice weight balance and the steel seems to be plenty thick enough to sharpen countless times. Two of them had hanging holes in the handle and the other two did not but it turns out I had two hooks/nails and two places in an old countertop knife block/organizer, so that worked perfectly.

The knives are great and the shipping was fast. I've already enjoyed using all the knives and one made a great gift. There was an issue with a missing sheath from the order, but they responded quickly and they are working with me to find a solution. Like many, I found these knives from a google search. I was actually looking for another company's knives that I couldn't remember the name. I found Northern Knives and thought they were very handsome knives. I ended up getting the Bjorn series Chef's Knife as a birthday present from my son. I love the knife. The wooden handle is more comfortable in my hand than I was expecting. I love the added dragon head on the handle going into the blade. One the blade, the black etching is adds a flare to an already beautiful knife. And the knife...sharp as a razor. I just love this knife and have shown it off to my friends who said I should frame it! My daughter even showed her friend.
We did not experience shipping issues so I cannot speak to that. Even if we had, the knife is incredible and for a great price. Thanks Northern Knife.

I ordered the feather knife and was totally and completely awed when it arrived! The picture did not do it justice.
The weight of it in my hand is perfect, as is the beauty and sharpness of the knife.
Also purchased the sheath, so it becomes more of a tool, than a kitchen knife, which is my intended purpose for it. Am greatly impressed with Northern Knife. This is my first purchase from them and it will not be my last! Thank you gor such fine workmanship. Have had many booths and ahhhhhs. :)
