SCAM! Do not use this company, I received items however they were incorrect and the company would not issue a full refund or arrange return for the items ordered. Staff were rude and and had no idea!

SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Shipping extremely delayed and no accurate shipping tracking available. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still have no ETA of where my parcel is, no help available to locate the items after spending $500 on knives. I would not recommend this company based on my experience of poor customer service and inaccurate information provided online about their goods and services. I am now wondering if the knives are even good quality as I won’t be opening the boxes to check as I will be sending them straight back for a refund.
