E-File Is so easy to use!!!! It is FREE for most people!! I have been doing me and my families taxes for many years on this web sight. Never have I had a problem. It guides you through all the steps to do your taxes and state taxes if you need to. I only have one job so it only takes me 20 minutes to electronic file my taxes. So so easy and free for me!!! Will always do my taxes here!!!!
E-file made filing my taxes easy and fast. It was straight forward and to the ponit. Did not waste time and my return was accepted as well as notification received.
Easy to use, quick, good interface
I have used eFile for the last four or five years. It is by far the simplest and fastest and most accurate online tax filing process I’m 64 and retired but throughout my career, I had a professional tax accountant and I can tell you that eFile provides every form, asks every question Provide provides every option to the filer. I highly recommend this service.
I experienced some difficulty in choosing the correct items to use. I called the help line provided by E-File and spoke with an extremely helpful person named Sadiqua (hopefully I spelled correctly). She left me with instructions on how to complete my filing. Within minutes she called me back, she had found some additional errors. We cleared the errors, and I filed successfully. Thank you so much
