Answering surveys is easy to do, especially for a retired person. After accumulating a number of points for responding to numerous surveys, points are accumulated that can be redeemed for useful rewards such as gift cards from companies people actually use

When an inevitable problem occurs with a survey, they come through with good listening skills and empathy towards the survey taker. The sponsors of many surveys take too long to reject your answers and boot you from the survey. We are then rewarded 0.2 points, which is a ridiculously low amount. Customer service response to my complaint almost always results in commensurate partial or full credit. I appreciate that action on my behalf.

I use my points to buy airline miles. I use these miles to visit my niece. Customer Service is great. If I have a problem with one of the surveys, they are quick to offer a resolution.

English is my primary language and the last survey I did gave me a question in Spanish. I didn't understand the question and had to exit the survey.

Lots of surveys on various topics and different lengths. Surveys are from different companies and may use different software, so the interface can vary and some surveys are much slower than others. For a period of time, e-Rewards would not redeem rewards unless you turned all your identity over to an Eastern European company that I did not trust. Thankfully they finally dropped that requirement and I can safely redeem my rewards again. I have redeemed hundreds of dollars of gift cards and travel miles without problems. This is not like a paying job, rather it rewards you for expressing your opinions on products, health, travel, entertainment, ad campaigns, social issues and politics. e-Rewards is a legitimate company that has been around for a very long time. However, carefully read the opening of each survey because a few of them will harvest your personal data. I only do the ones that keep me anonymous.

They USED to be a decent survey company. But now, more and more, I finish a survey, only to be told "you're a better fit elsewhere", and NOT getting the survey points. If you want to spend the time to complain, they will grudgingly give you the points. But it's not worth it! I'm DONE with e-rewards, now and forever!

e-Rewards provides the best customer service I have ever worked with to resolve an issue. They response immediately the have received my request to review an issue. Within a couple days I hear what they found and how they dealt with proquestion. They are always fair and expalin their reasoning.

I enjoy taking surveys

I enjoy taking surveys and love receiving points. Many times I have completed a survey only to be told at the end that I did not qualify and was not given rewards. Fortunately the Rewards Team can be contacted. And usually they will give the full rewards. However there have been several occasions when I have not been given rewards by up the Reward Team after spending a great deal of time in the survey. This can be very frustrating. Thankfully there's are team members who are mire than happy to give you the well deserved rewards. I feel this has a lot to do with who is helping you. When I don't get rewards I get an email saying things Like I did not spend enough time in the survey, I dud not qualify and so on. Qualification should be determined at the beginning if the survey and not the end. I appreciate that the Reward Team is there to help and most if the time they do!

This site is going downhill

I used to enjoy taking surveys on this site when a 15 minute survey took approximately 15 minutes. Over the past 4-5 months, a 15 minute survey could take as long as 30 minutes. A 30 minute survey might actually take an hour. I don’t mind longer surveys, but I expect more points for them. I hope they make positive changes, otherwise, I’m changing survey sites.

Have enjoyed participating in E-Rewards for years. Most of the surveys take just a few minutes to complete, although some can be longer.. The reward options are very good so a fun way to build up points.
