What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers truly enjoy taking interesting surveys in their free time and appreciate the wide variety of topics available. People mention that earning points is straightforward, and redeeming them for gift cards works smoothly. Furthermore, users frequently praise the responsive customer support team for resolving missing point issues in a timely manner. However, some customers also noted frustration with spending considerable time answering questions only to be suddenly disqualified near the end without getting rewarded. A few other people also felt that the actual time needed to finish a survey is frequently much longer than initially estimated.

Wish other customer service was this…

Wish other customer service was this responsive! Occasionally I need to report issue with a survey and always get a email response within a reasonable time frame. Also, they like suggestions to improve user experience.

Great Survey Site

I have been with E Rewards for many years. They have a variety of surveys to pick from. The rewards offered are nice choices.

I like e-Rewards because of one reward

I like e-Rewards because of one reward, the Kroger gift card. Unlike the other rewards, there is no limit as to how many gift cards you can buy from Kroger. I used to get the Red Lobster gift cards, but you cannot use more than one in a given month, and $25 gift cards don't cover much of the meal. I will get the Macy's and Best Buy gift cards as gifts, but not often. I don't like e-Rewards because too often you take a survey all the way to the end, and get a "Survey full" or "Let's find a better fit" banner, which is infuriating, and there is no way to lodge a complaint, not like Sproutful, which actually gives you a reward after investigating your claim. Through them, I found out there are disreputable survey companies who don't follow the rules, but end up on these platforms. Buyer beware! Update: Beware of Zamplia surveys, they trick you into taking additional surveys (I took 6 in a row before becoming exhausted after 90 minutes), then tells you you aren't a good fit, and kicks you off! No reward, and complaining to E-Rewards gets you blamed for not keeping your profile up to date. This is not the only survey company doing you dirty. Again, buyer beware!

Big points ripoff

First - e-rewards & Dynata are the same company. On Thursday 7/16/26 I got ripped off of someone claiming 2 gift cards, one for a $25 Apple Card and a $50 Macys card. Never once did anyone call me or send a message to my cell phone to validate. Immediately changed my password. Then sent a notice to the e-rewards people, never heard back. Then again on Sunday, with my new password in place, I got ripped off for 2 Macy’s gift cards. Total number of points ripped off so far is 480. Today, 7/22 I got ripped off again for 2 $50 Macy’s gift cards. Again I notified e-rewards/Dynata and guess what, NO ANSWER!!! BTW Dyanta’s address is 4 Research Drive, Suite 300, Shelton, CT 06484 Their email, which you can figure out is taxdepartment at dynata dot com other addresses are support_en at e-rewards dot com or helpdesk at opinionoutport dot com I changed my email a day before I requested some rewards, these people never changed my mail address, stupid YES. Please let them know your issues since their IT people don’t respond to problems.

E-Rewards has been consistent for years for taking a variety of surveys. There been some changes in the format and procedures, but it is still worthwhile to participate.

I love playing games and doing surveys for gift cards. I have been doing these for years on e-rewards. Starbucks and Amazon and Gamestop have been my favorites to get.

There has to be a better solution with E-rewards getting gift card issues resolved. I cashed out for a CVS card & it was send with out the money on it. Waiting now to get this resolved. Never a real person to speak to.

Great customer service

Great customer service, they will apply points if you went through the whole survey and at the end were disqualified. What I don't like is that they only give you .02 points for survey that you were kicked out of, some companies give you .10 cents, which adds up. Also I don't like that you have to "babysit" the awards to make sure you were awarded correctly.

I've been doing surveys with eRewards…

I've been doing surveys with eRewards for over 10yrs now. I noticed about 2yrs ago, that the points required to redeem for rewards had increased, while the reward value had decreased. Nearly all e-Gift card amounts are now limited to only $10 or $25. Also, about a month ago, I suddenly wasn't able to log into my account. I went through all the trouble shooting steps with customer assistance (chat, text and email), and nothing they suggested worked. Was told they didn't know what else they could do. I ended up figuring it out myself and was able to log in by...turning off wifi. Good grief.

Received compensation offered after…

Received compensation offered after contacting cust service. Human much more understanding than bot or AI. A good way to earn extra $$ for gift cards or points. Sometimes time to complete survey increases between survey offer, and actually taking survey. Cust service reps very fair when contacted by panelist.

Still one of the better survey sites for money.

I have always rated e-Rewards as a 5 star, and I would still rate them over a 4 star. First let me share where they excel. 1. Communication, they always communicate promptly when I have an issue with points. 2. Their surveys are easy to complete. (I have found that the time they list required to complete a survey is often shorter than the actual time to complete a survey.) Now, I will share what I dislike about e-Rewards. Some of the surveys (not all) disqualify a person at the end of a survey. Or you can complete a survey and receive the message the survey filled up quickly. I believe e-Rewards should address this issue with the surveyors. e-Rewards has shared that they cannot dictate how a surveyor disqualifies a precipitant or if it fills up quickly. To disqualify a participant, it should occur with the few questions not at the end. This is the only reason why I have downgraded my review from a 5 to a 4 star. I applaud e-Rewards because when I have sent an inquiry about not receiving points, they review my complaint and verify my time spent on a survey and award at least partial points. I would like to see e-Rewards offer more gift cards (variety of gift cards) in the future.

I've been participating with e-rewards for several years...

I've been completing surveys for e-Rewards for several years now, and enjoy redeeming points for gift cards at a few retailers that I frequent. I like the variety of survey topics and that I can complete surveys at my own pace, meaning that if I want to participate, I can, and if I don't have time, there is no penalty for taking days/weeks off. Now, there are some things I do find frustrating, including that you can spend considerable time completing a survey, receive a "thank you for your participation" message, and then be told you are disqualified. Some surveys seem way too long for the amount of points that you receive. Customer service is inconsistent in how they help you resolve issues; some reps are helpful, and others seem not inclined to help at all. I feel frustrated when I don't receive a full explanation for survey issues. So I would recommend moderating your expectations when participating with e-rewards and go in with the expectation that sometimes the process will go smoothly and other times it won't.
