What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers truly enjoy taking interesting surveys in their free time and appreciate the wide variety of topics available. People mention that earning points is straightforward, and redeeming them for gift cards works smoothly. Furthermore, users frequently praise the responsive customer support team for resolving missing point issues in a timely manner. However, some customers also noted frustration with spending considerable time answering questions only to be suddenly disqualified near the end without getting rewarded. A few other people also felt that the actual time needed to finish a survey is frequently much longer than initially estimated.

What people say

Forced Selections

Mostly, the surveys are well done and meaningful. Far too many surveys, however, have questions that do not relate to the participant's situation with no option to move on without selecting one of the answers, therefore generating a meaningless answer. There should be an option of "this does not apply to me/my situation". For example: I am asked to rate businesses in a specific area as to whether they are good or bad by putting each on a ratings scale. One or more of the businesses I have absolutely no experience with or knowledge of, but I must select a rating before I can move on. This is not fair to the business good or bad. A selection category of: "I know nothing of this entity" would be very helpful.

Member since 2009

Member since 2009, one day I couldn't log in, after contacting tech multiple times, was told was banned indefinitely for violating rules, but they never told me wha I violated, I work full time time so usually knock out al my surveys on the weekends, maybe the was the issue, too many in a short time? Also points are too low, I can over 45 min on a survey and get 1 point or even less then 1 point. or then told,I don't qualify. Rewards are not as good as they used to be. used to get free magazines subscriptions for small points as as low 10 our 15. now you need at least 75 to get a $25 gift card, which can take months to get. and you can redeem for some one in a 90 day period. the only ones I can use or Starbucks and Target, nothing else in my area, so I end up sitting on them. after 6 months finally starting survey invites again with no explanation.

Awesome customer service

The main thing, which is how I rate any product or service, is customer service, and theirs is exceptional. In the rare cases that I contacted them with a question or problem, their response was timely, and showed a strong interest in satisfying my concern. The surveys are fun to take, and the ability to earn points and save money is a great motivator to participate.

Probably better than most survey programs

I've been using e-rewards for several years, and overall it is a good program. There are numerous rewards options (travel rewards seem to be a good value), I've never had a problem receiving rewards, and the surveys generally work as advertised. As others mention, there can be issues with surveys suddenly ending after many inputs claiming the taker does not qualify, some surveys require too much time for the reward, but you can pass on it beforehand. Due to the site consistently being active and never having an issue with redemption, I think it's as good as one can realistically expect.

Longtime member, legit gift cards

I've probably been a member of Erewards for over a decade. It is a beneficial way to pass time during down time, especially sitting in waiting rooms. Many of the surveys I'm not qualified for, hence the 4 stars. I usually cash out for Target gift cards and redeem them in-store with no issues.

I've had a good experience using…

I've had a good experience using e-Rewards. The surveys are generally easy to complete, and I appreciate having different reward options available. I've redeemed my rewards without any problems, and my most recent redemption was processed quickly. It's a nice way to earn a little extra in my spare time, and I've found the process to be straightforward. Overall, I've been happy with my experience and would recommend giving it a try.

Long time member of E-Reward

I have been a member of E-Rewards for many years. I enjoy their surveys. They usually aren't too long and can be completed very quickly. I take surveys to build up my points for premiums that are offered after a certain number of points is accumulated. I would recommend survey taking as a hobby.
