People mention that earning points is straightforward, and redeeming them for gift cards works smoothly. Furthermore, users frequently praise the responsive customer support team for resolving missing point issues in a timely manner. However, some customers also noted frustration with spending considerable time answering questions only to be suddenly disqualified near the end without getting rewarded. A few other people also felt that the actual time needed to finish a survey is frequently much longer than initially estimated.

A nice way to get rewards

I am generally pleased with ERewards. Occasionally you do not get rewarded for a survey but if you email ERewards customer service, they will credit you the reward if your explanation is valid. I have been doing surveys since 2018 and have enjoyed the rewards offered. I have been honest with my answers and ERewards has been good to me.

I have been engaged with e-rewards for quite some time and it's been a rewarding experience throughout. It helps me to be able to save on services and products that I use through rewards for it's fun and engaging points activities. My favorite rewards option is the Uber/Uber Eats voucher; this has helped me to save on ride fares and also use my voucher for offers on the Uber Eats app. It doesn't take long to earn enough points and it has been the best part of E-rewards for me

e-Rewards operates a survey service which includes a wide range of subjects. I appreciate participating in their surveys for several reasons: it allows me to express my opinions on various topics, I enjoy practicing Spanish, and the gift cards are a welcome addition to my shopping budget.

E-rewards accessed by someone other than me to get a reward

I've been a member of E-rewards for a long time with no problems. Unfortunately this morning when I logged on I noticed that someone had taken 75 points for an Apple card and per the email I got it was on 6/13/26 at 11:43 p.m. when I was sound asleep in bed with my phone off. So obviously Trust Pilot did not send the required verification code to whomever that was. Trust Pilot did NOT protect my information and by not doing so my E-rewards account had rewards taken out and NOT by me. I never got a certification text like I have in the past when redeeming a reward.

Abysmal Verification Process Lacking Instructions

Redemption completion required verification through a website Veriff.me that required access to my cell phone's camera. Yet no instructions were provided as to how to grant access. Only through a Gemini-AI Google search did I find the instructions to grant access to my camera on Safari, the web browser I was using. Even some generic instruction would have been helpful. Instead, each time the error message stated "allow access and reload page", no hyperlinks or anything helpful. Most verifications simply require texting a code that needs to be copied. Adding to the complexity, no phone number was listed to speak to a human. Chat did not understand my request, asking me to rephrase. And the help section could find no info. The only other option was to submit an email, without knowing how long it would take to respond; while the redemption was time-dependent.

easy, fun, and great customer service

I've been using e-rewards for maybe 15 years, and it's always been reliable. I've taken years long breaks and come back to it. Recently when I went back to it, I discovered the special offer section, and I've been loving that. Some of the financial service offers have actually really helpful to my life (like opening a savings account). I've also had a lot of fun with the games even though you have to play a ton (and watch a lot of ads) to get significant points through them. It's fun feeling like you're playing games with a goal rather than just messing around on your phone. Lastly, I've had two offers that didn't credit me properly, and customer service fixed it for me without any trouble, so that was also a good experience.

Overall

Overall, I'm really happy with e-Rewards. I've been with them for years, and I always enjoy their surveys and rewards. I've redeemed for stores, Red Lobster, and this is the first time I'm trying to buy points for Choice hotels. My only issues are that I wish they had more restaurants to choose from, and that some of the surveys weren't so repetitive. Their customer service is very responsive, which I appreciate!

I've been doing e-Rewards for about 3 yrs and enjoy doing them. Sometimes they are too long and repetitious, and sometimes after spending 15-20 mins on one, it's decided you are no longer qualified. After reading some comments I didn't realize I could reach out to customer service which I will in the future. Also, for the first time, I am redeeming my rewards and I'm choosing an Apple gift card. I do NOT think it's fair that I can only redeem 1 card every 30 days. I've spent countless hours doing these surveys over the past 3 yrs and you're limiting me on how many rewards I can use at one time? Totally unfair. I'm looking to purchase a new laptop and could use my rewards to buy it. Extremely disappointing.
