I've been taking surveys for close to 30 years. I enjoy most of the surveys - some can be long and tedious, and others quick and easy. I recently needed help with my account, and everyone was kind with their assistance.

I love doing surveys with E-Rewards. They are very interesting and easy to do. I wish I could do more and I am happy with the payout.
Years of Surveys
I have been taking surveys with E-Rewards. For many years. I use the points for various opportunities. Some surveys 5 minutes and some as much as 60 minutes. Occasionally when at the end of a survey you get booted out. Not fair, I contact customer service and show them screen shots and 99.99999% of the time, the wonderful agents apply the points to my account. They are wonderful to work with.

I have been a member for a long time with brief interruptions as the site doesn't work while one is on vacation abroad. That being said the site has improved tremendously in the last few years. No more limit on redemption. Redemption are pretty fast and when you have an issue customer service is very good. While there are still glitches time to time which is aggravating customer service is much better than before. I gave it four stars but really it could be a little higher but still room for a little improvement!

Site has really changed
Unfortunately, they’ve gone downhill in the last couple of years. Used to be if you answered even the first three questions, and they decided not to use you. You got a couple of points, which points turned into money. Nowadays, they ask you a couple questions to 20 minutes, and then you don’t qualify and you get zero points. They also need to renew the rewards like add Amazon to it. I really used to enjoy answering surveys and given my opinion, but lately there site has gone downhill.

I dislike being interrupted from my intended tasks, but I guess I'm just a sucker for surveys. Fortunately, I had some time to spare so I decided to have some fun. I'm a little paranoid about privacy though, which causes just a tad of discomfort.
Issue resolved?
Last year my account was shut down without explanation for 'violations of terms' though, even after contacting e-rewards, they would not tell me how I violated their terms. Tried to log on today, and my account has been restored, again without explanation. So good to go!
Changes that need to be made for accuracy
the only thing I don't like is you don't give correct options. You insist I pick a number when I don't use the option. Example: How many hours do I spend using public transportation? I don't use it, but since 0 was not accepted, I had to say 1, which isn't true.

It used to be a great site to contribute survey feedback. But now they present a survey and allow you to go all the way through it and then tell you that you dont qualify, and hose you on rewards. Their support sucks too
