People mention that earning points is straightforward, and redeeming them for gift cards works smoothly. Furthermore, users frequently praise the responsive customer support team for resolving missing point issues in a timely manner. Share opinions are earn real rewards!

I have always been one willing to share my opinions on just about any topic, but usually I am not compensated for my time and comments. Then I came across e-Rewards and started racking up points that could be redeemed for gift cards. I was a little skeptical at first, but kept taking surveys and kept earning points. When I finally decided to redeem some of my points, I experienced a few glitches in the process. My skepticism rose, but I contacted the customer service department thinking the whole thing was nothing more than a scam. I was wrong. The customer service team solved my problems and helped me access my gift card. I have redeemed it, and now have continued taking my surveys. It is well worth my time!

The surveys ask the same questions for…

The surveys ask the same questions for qualifying over and over, just to tell you, you don't qualify. And that is after you spend a good deal of time filling in your qualification info. Kind of frustrating. In this day of computer ability you would think they would have an algorithm that would know what surveys you would qualify for and take you to those surveys. I have been turned down for 10 times as many surveys as I have been accepted for. Spend hours for very little compensation and the surveys are too long asking the same questions over and over just in a different way. And trying to redeem the points is a study in frustration itself. Spend hours doing the surveys just to redeem a 5 dollar gift card that requires jumping thru more hoops. Bottom line, shorter more concise surveys, better compensation and easy redemption of points.

Surveys just stopped arriving in my Inbox. Reached out to Customer Service and no reply. Very frustrating since I have been a member for over 5 years. I also cannot login to the site, but I can ask to reset my password, receive a verification code and reset it. Still no joy and no access.

So many surveys with issues and poor customer service

I report at least 30 surveys with errors each week. There is one survey that still has the same glaring error after 18 months of me reporting it. Many of the agents rely on boilerplate text that does not address my tickets. You cannot actually speak to a person or do a screenshare when there is an issue. I have been told I am expected to do hundreds of hours of free work because all members are expected to do the same!
