Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers truly enjoy taking interesting surveys in their free time and appreciate the wide variety of topics available. People mention that earning points is straightforward, and redeeming them for gift cards works smoothly. Furthermore, users frequently praise the responsive customer support team for resolving missing point issues in a timely manner. However, some customers also noted frustration with spending considerable time answering questions only to be suddenly disqualified near the end without getting rewarded. A few other people also felt that the actual time needed to finish a survey is frequently much longer than initially estimated.

Always pleasant doing business with e-Rewards. It is a great feeling having input on products, travel, food and grocery shopping. It's all good. And thanks for the gift cards wed can earn.
This used to be a great way to earn some rewards in your spare time. I used it extensively when my son was in the marine Corp to earn points that got me car rentals so I could visit him in NC. It was easy and rewarding. Hertz no longer participates. Now they've added junk that is not useful and they insist that they need a photo of me to cash out my measly bunch of points. I don't give anyone my photo for any reason. It's a matter of privacy. If you don't have a problem with that, great. You might find it worth your time. They have all my other information, they don't need my face too.
How my issue was resolved. And it was to my satisfaction, keep up the great work.
This company really wants my honest opinions and I try to give them all I can remember.
Long list of questions answered only to be rejected by the survey. In addition I've been many times cheated out of the default points after being rejected by a survey. In addition the estimates for time a survey will take are often times very inaccurate
Easy and fun
interesting surveys with real world and current topics. Rewards are satisfactory and worth the time and effort. Very enjoyable and appreciate the opportunity to express opinions and view points.
Easy to do, well worth the points
there has been a few times that I did not receive credit for a completed survey.
I like these surveys, it's easier than most others to accumulate points to cash in on rewards.
I enjoy doing the surveys to earn points toward my Southwest Rapid Rewards account
I have been an e-Rewards member for many years. I thoroughly enjoy taking surveys and earning rewards for services and businesses that I use. It is an awesome experience. I am glad to be a member of e_Rewards.
I am not sure how I even started getting these surveys. They are too generalized. In one respect and specifically discernible regarding the goals in another. I would say that it is a poor return on the investment of one's time.
A variety of surveys covering many aspects of today's living and needs
E-rewards has always been a good survey site for me. They have plenty of surveys to choose from and new ways to earn additional points. Only thing I do not like and it seems to happen more often, is I complete an entire survey and click the Finish button at the end already to be returned to the homepage and to.d unfortunately you do not qualify or the survey already filled up. If that is the case then the survey should have already stopped and not wasted my time filling out an extra 10 or 20 minutes for nothing. This needs to be fixed or compensate the survey takers for partial credit for taking the entire survey, I’m sure the answers are kept and used.
I like e-rewards, but the only thing they could improve upon is giving a higher incentive to the surveys I qualify for. It takes too long to build up my points.
My experience with eRewards for the past few months has been a disappointment because I have not completed many surveys or the surveys are paying less than a full point (0.5 point). I gave myself a goal to work toward but I have not accomplished anything good. I understand this is not a job, but I would like to see things add up on my dashboard monthly if not weekly. I was hoping after spending a few years on this particular website I would have an easier way to claim my earned e-gift cards or other rewards I chose for myself.
Some questions do not offer an option that fits my response. I do not know when and how points can be used.
E-rewards is a good community to report and give feedback to leading corporations and companies. Easy to understand and fill out surveys, gives you a voice in creating an environment for a healthy and productive nation.
