It's been a few months since I wrote a review and the good news is that the number of surveys I feel compelled to report/request credit for has decreased.
Unfortunately, I've also noticed compensation amounts decreasing at the same time. Probably a sign of the times but still frustrating.
A new twist has been for a couple of "aggregators" to offer a low time survey only to be rejected quickly and either an immediate redirect or offer to take another survey that is double or triple the original time estimate for the same reward/compensation. This is a low rent practice and eRewards may not even be aware of it but should take a look.
Overall, if you have the time, it's still a very good program with a solid selection of offers. If you have a problem, the survey panel is still the best way to receive credit for your time and they do a great job of handling what must be some colorful complaints.
E0Rewards is the quickest telling you they will take a look at your inquiry. They usually get back to you between 24 and 48 hours. They tell you why your inqwuiry is accepted or not.
I’ve been using erewards for many years now. They have improved overall with time. The last issue I had was working a survey for quite a while and at the end it stopped and put up an error message. So I emailed erewards and they added the 6 dollars to my account on my word alone. I appreciate that a lot. The fact they trusted me. A business that trusts you is worth doing business with in my opinion
I enjoy taking the surveys. The rewards selections seem solid. Also dealing with customer service was a breeze. I had an issue where my computer restarted in the middle of me taking a survey. I could not get back to my place in it so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and credited me for the survey since it was an internal issue. There was not much back and forth about it. I can't wait to build up more points to cash out on a reward.

The rewards from this website are so worth it. They have the basics rewards I need like starbucks, home depot and even kroger. The surveys are so easy to complete. Highly recommend. I wish we could share a link for other people to sign up.
I had a series of surveys not pay the incentive despite having me complete the entire survey. I contacted E-Rewards about it, and they responded that I gave "rushed answers, repetitive responses or very short replies to open-ended questions" without specifics. These surveys did not have open-ended questions, and the questions themselves were repetitive.
I responded that I gave complete and honest answers to the surveys and requested they show the evidence that my answers were of low quality. Their response was to repeat the same quote I give above that they claim I must have done and refuse to prove their claim. I have performed the work and they are withholding the promised payment without substantiation.
I wish that e-rewards would go back to it's old format. It use to give cash payment through gift card through paypal but I am grateful for the other options available in store gift cards. I would suggest that the company decrease the high points needed to simply be able to attain a $25 gift card.
For example, you have to earn 75 points to get a gift card worth $25 for Ubereats gift voucher. The site only offers low earning surveys like 4 points or 2.5 points and should you not qualify for the survey only receive 0.2 points credit. The old past credit use to give you at least half the points for surveys that turned out not qualified to participated.
The good side is they issue out the reward quick for the gift cards you select.
eRewards is a great way to obtain extra buying power without cash! You get gift cards for points earned taking surveys. Sometimes the surveys are long but after you get the hang of them they go by faster. Plus they have point multipliers!
