Don’t believe the hype on low rates no matter good credit history
Rates advertised as low as 2.19%. Get prequalified for 8.3% despite great credit score/history and then when apply rate increased to over 9% without any explanation for change. A little shady.

All went quite promptly
All went quite promptly. The interest rate quote was generated quickly along with one’s ability to choose a monthly payment based on the rate. Obviously additional personal details were required & a credit check ensued that led right into the generating of a promissory note that allowed a generous amount of time to read/review. The electronic initialing and signing flowed smoothly. Follow up emails arrived that helped to ensure to Earnest that they were engaged with a viable/credible customer.

The person I worked with was Texas. She was excellent. She was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. She could not have been more helpful. Also Earnest interest rate was near half of another source.

Worst UIX of any site I’ve ever used. Ran into so many problems trying to submit such a simple application. Would’ve given only 1 star but I did get a good support rep who gave me very detailed instructions to get around the site’s many flaws.
