Im pretty disappointed in my experience…
Im pretty disappointed in my experience with east coast collection services.. Very little communication on fulfillment.. When filling out paperwork it asked what we would like with autograph.. I asked for character name on autograph jersey I sent.. Didn't find out till the day it arrived by email signer wouldnt do so. Why is this even an option on survey if it wasn't available? Asked about fulfillment time frame and got told you get it when you get it. Took almost 2 months after signing to receive. Very little communication. Reply... Your name is east coast collection SERVICE.. You the merchant provide me the customer a service of going out and getting the autograph for me. You set clear expectations of what I could expect.. I didnt get an email about what I did or didnt get till the product was almost at my house.. I had to email you 6 weeks after the show and your responce was we have been out shows. We send it when we send it. Clearly NOT the expectations we had agreed on.. Neither one of us knew the health condition of Mr Glover. Not once did you ever oppologize for Not holding up your end of our deal.. I am a business owner. When I dont meet the expectations of my customers I make it right. Thats what a good business owner does. You dont make excuses and blame everyone else. Don't worry. I wont be using your services again..

This couldnt be futher from the truth. For starters you placed an order on March 4th with a send in deadline of march 14th. Send in deadline are not signing dates. Your order shipped back to you on april 6 with your supplied SASE. As explained to you due to Mr. Glovers health he was not able to write any character name inscriptions, which we did not charge you for. If you watched the news this week he has been everywhere because he has alzheimers disease. We were not aware of that he could not write inscriptions until day of signing, and we wouldnt know in advance since its a convention and not a signing we own. Additionally on April 16th you were complaining that your item had not arrived yet, and claimed you spent 1000s of dollars which is also not true since your order with authentication was $162. We explained to you that we shipped your item on April 6the and shipping delays happen and is out of our control, which you did not seem to understand nor care. Items are delayed all the time. Signers have the right to refuse any item or inscription at their discretion without any advanced notice. This is standard in the autograph industry. You're welcome for having your item perfectly and authentically autographed and shipped to you in under 3 weeks after a signing event. Once again we are not in control of the signer or their rules or health when it comes to anything other than having an item autographed and we are also not in control of any shipping delays by USPS/UPS. reply: we never once said we send it when we send it. We literally sent you a shipping notification. We literally said a pre-paid label that your provided and didnt have your own tracking for aas well as shipping delays is out of our control. We literally told you the day we shipping your item about his health issues and inability to sign anything other than his name. Thats more than any other company would do. If you cant understand a signers health issue at a convention that si out of any companies control, or a shipping delay from carrier that is out of our control, or feel free not to order from us

Customer service is very poor. Argumentative. Dismissive. Doesn’t return emails. Strongly recommend AGAINST using this service.

Lets tell the full story... Customer's send in item never arrived for a convention signing. Terms & conditions, agreed to upon checkout, specifically state customer's items must arrive on time and is solely customers responsibility as talent/agents/promoters are paid in advance. Customer's item never arrived at all. Customer refused to give us tracking to prove to us his item was delivered and possibly our error for a missed item. Bottom line is talent/promoters were paid a week in advance & final count numbers are given at that time. It's no different than missing a concert that you paid for tickets, or a flight that you didn't show up for etc. Its solely your responsibility to show up (make sure your item shows up on time). We do not have customers item and we never did otherwise we would of had it signed and shipped it back like the 1000s of 5 star customer reviews we have all over social media. Customer simply does not understand this, nor can he prove his item was ever shipped to us/arrived despite our consistent requests to provide us a tracking number for his item.

I popped in the shop today with my childhood collection of Pokémon cards, not knowing what i had in my hands, Carl was very helpful gave me some great advice, offered to price the whole collections for me and also repocketed all the holo's so they didn't take on any new damage free of charge, his exact words were ' that's on me bud i enjoyed doing it, thank you for brining them in'. What a genuine guy and a great little store. I will be coming back to take them up on the price up and for any future business 100% would recommend.
