A very good experience

A very good experience. There wasn't any issues everything was up front and very professional staff when I called in with concerns. However the only thing that I would suggest to maybe change is to make the funds that get approved a little bit more transparent on when they would be delivered to the person applying for them.

I applied for an emergency loan and was…

I applied for an emergency loan and was looking for something without 500 percent interest. The Gentleman that took care of my needs was very understanding, professional, listened and spoke very clearly, and he made it easy to understand what I was getting in to. He explained all the terms and conditions and details in such a way that I felt very comfortable talking to him. I'm very happy with his Customer Service Skills.
