I’m trying to contact you guys to make a payment. I haven’t been able to make a payment and am afraid of how much it will cost to settle. Please give me a contact, I sent an email but there’s no response. And I call but it just goes to voicemail.
After I paid you back all of your money, your company gave me HE double hockey sticks when I tried to do another loan. Your manager that goes by L, is a terrible person. And she makes the company look really bad with her poor attitude! I pray that you guys go bankrupt!
THE WORST SCAM ARTISTS. I took out a $1500 loan with them they would take our $460 per check every 2 weeks for months and months, I paid a Tortola of 5k when I realized they kept pulling even though my loan and Interest was paid off I called them, took forever to get through to anyone, got hung up on 3 times. Finally I spoke with someone and they told me the reason they are still pulling money is because I never called to “choose my interest rate.” They told me straight up I had to pay 10k interest for a $1500 loan because I didn’t call to choose my interest rate?!?!? I canceled my bank account and bank cards. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Staff needs training @ every stage, no systems in place, required sizes not available. Shortage of trial rooms. Waited for half an for trials. Worst experience ever.
This place is a crook they will tell you that you tell you thing and when you get the loan and send you your contract it’s not the same for a 963. They are are making me pay 7,000 dollar for this load this place I’m fine call the Better Business Bureau on them

Was called multiple times back to back. 10 calls in 30 min. Was told multiple times they could not verify my back account. I told them not to process the account then. They next day funds was deposited in my account.

Agent was rude, didn't want to answer questions, online serves are not available so you have to call, cant get a copy of the contract, called the help number and the rep hinges up after I asked about my interest rate being set at 780%. Didnt do my research and regret it. Company already has pending lawsuits for illegal interest rates.

It took me a couple days to decide because of the ridiculous APR. However, after some discussions I learned it is a new customer rate and as we conduct business my rates go down and amount able to borrow goes up. So it is such as life, ruff in the beginning and with time gets better.
