This company absolutely crucified the…

This company absolutely crucified the company I work for. The communication and help was none existent. We have asked for a full break down of every transaction and we have been completely ignored. The amount they are saying that we owe is excessive. They are actually like a legal loan shark. They will not accept any credit notes we have issued from the period when they received the payments for the invoices and they will not even negotiate on anything. They just commence legal proceedings. They are a very cut throat establishment. Avoid like the plague

DO NOT !!! sign up with eCapital freight factoring …A sales rep by the name of Ryan Reilly told me to fill out the application and he would let me know if I would be eligible to factor with eCapital and that it should only take a day to get signed up.. after several days I reached out but didn’t get a response… after several phone calls and emails I was finally able to get in contact with Ryan and he told me that there were some complications with getting me approved with factoring.. I asked how long would it take he said he didn’t know.. I let him know that without a definite answer I would have to move on to another factoring company.. So I reached out to another company only to find out that eCAPITAL freight factoring put a UCC on my company prohibiting me to work with any other factoring company When I asked to terminate the UCC …he gave me an email and stopped answering my calls .. It’s been a week and I’m literally stuck with No factoring company I lost both my drivers and I can’t even run myself.. I’m new to trucking and I put my all into this Just to get trapped by a company I sent email after email still No response this is not a good company stay away please !!!!

Everything is super simple and very explainable. I get a load and I dictate on when I want it received. Rather in a couple of days or a couple of hours. It’s a great service and fees are not outrageous

Right from sign up to funding invoices

Right from sign up to funding invoices, everything is a nightmare with this company. We were told all the rosy stories but ended up with nightmare. It takes literally 3-4 days to get funds into your account which they lied at the first place saying it will be same day funding. We never had any problems with our previous factoring company where we will have funds in our bank account the same day we submit the invoices. There is literally zero help from these people. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS AT THE TIME OF SIGN UP!

Everything from set up to fees and time to customer service. We were told something else , poor management and services. they take 3 days for EFT and no other method never switch until you have full transparency we are regretting for thjs switch , we wouldn't recommend.

I signed up in February of 2025 with an excellent sales rep named Randy. I think that's the best thing eCap has right now. Their transition team was a bit slow. Took me almost 3 weeks to get funded from the sign of my contract. Their collections team is trash. You will have aged invoices all the time. So what's the point in paying for factoring if you have to call and collect money yourself. They offer zero support when a load recourses. They really do not care about you or your company. Their software is trash. Their funding method is trash, gotta wait until the account manager is leaving for you to see which loads paid or didn't. If you upload and a load is not verified by the broker with their automation system, the load will be just removed and you'll be left wondering where the load went. Account managers do not answer emails and rarely call back. They don't train you on anything but uploading so if you're new to factoring this is definitely not the company for you. Oh let me not forget to mention that they WILL NOT REPLY TO BUYOUTS, so you are stuck with them for the life of your business. The fine print also states that if you terminate early it's 5% of you account limit NOT open AR. ECap is by far the worst factoring company out there. They will drive you out of business. I will say the one thing that was good with them is their express pay option. That's it.

they are fraud they put our loads money into someone account now they are saying get that amount from that person .ever they don't have ratecon BOL or POD

I would have given a negative review if possible been with this company for over 4 years and when i decided to move to a different company is when they showed there true face my same day funding started getting delayed by weeks saying pending verification and this customers we are working for years they tried the best they could to make sure we get underground before we leave them so I would suggest everyone please read your contract carefully specially the fine lines

E Capital Not Releasing Funds, Dropped Carriers Like Hot Tamales

E Capital dropped many carriers like hot tamales w/out advance notice. They parted ways w/carriers w/less than 5 trucks is what we were told. Our accounts were sold, no worries; however, they are taking several months, holding onto funds that no longer belong to them & need to be sent to our current factoring carriers. Numerous emails, phone calls, etc.... have been ignored. Still to date, they have the funds pending in their accounts & refund to send the funds to the correct factoring companies.
