After bringing forth an issue with eCapital, and after expressing displeasure with said issue, customer service worked diligently to resolve the issue and investigate the problem. There was good communication between eCapital and myself during such time, and I found they took our concerns seriously. We were then able to find a solution that worked well for both parties and that solution is allowing us to move forward. The issues that we faced are bound to arise in business; however, I feel that the way in which those issues are handled are sometimes more important than the actual issues, and in this case, I must give credit to eCapital for the way they handled this situation and the mutually agreed resolution.

1 Star We are Direct Hauling logistics inc. I do not recommend eCapital Freight to any carrier. Their payment system has become one of the most frustrating parts of doing business with them. They recently switched to AtoB Digital Wallet, and it has been a terrible experience. The system frequently fails, verification codes are difficult to receive, and almost every weekend the wallet seems to stop working. When that happens, you can’t access your own money to pay for fuel, payroll, or other business expenses. In my case, the wallet kept telling me it could not send a verification code because the phone number eCapital had on file for my company was incorrect. The problem is that it wasn’t even my phone number—I have never used that number in my life. I contacted my account manager at the time, Beatriz Quiroz, and asked her to update the phone number. The issue was never resolved. When I called back to follow up, I was told she was no longer my account manager. It seems account managers change so frequently that it’s difficult to know who is responsible for helping you. The biggest issue is that you no longer depend only on eCapital to receive your money—you also depend on a third-party digital wallet that can prevent you from accessing your own funds if something goes wrong. That is unacceptable when you’re trying to run a trucking company and pay your bills on time. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend eCapital Freight. There are other factoring companies with more reliable payment systems and better customer support.

Our experience with eCapital has been extremely disappointing. As a trucking company, we work hard to provide timely and professional service to our customers. We submit our invoices promptly, ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly, and do our part to keep the payment process moving smoothly. In return, we expect timely funding, clear communication, and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. While eCapital is always prompt when it comes to deducting its fees and charges, the same level of efficiency is not reflected in its service. Payments are often delayed, and obtaining updates on the status of funding can be very difficult. Calls frequently go unanswered, messages are not returned in a timely manner, and we are often told to wait until "today" or "tomorrow," only to face further delays. In many cases, we spend a significant amount of time following up on payments that should have already been processed. When technical issues or processing errors occur, we are not proactively informed. Instead, we are left to discover the issue ourselves after repeated attempts to contact support. This lack of communication creates unnecessary stress and impacts our business operations. A factoring company should help improve cash flow, not create additional uncertainty and delays. We have fulfilled our responsibilities by submitting invoices and supporting documents on time, yet the funding process often takes much longer than expected without adequate explanation. At this point, we are very dissatisfied with the overall service and support we have received. If eCapital is unable to provide the level of professionalism, communication, and timely funding that businesses require, we respectfully request a termination letter so that we may seek a factoring partner that can better support our operational needs.
