As a customer of 7 years, they used to be great at delivering to Ireland but they stopped without notifying me. When I phoned and asked if they could deliver to Northern Ireland, they said yes but required a credit card payment from the North.... A friend helped me out. Then when I went to place another order they wouldn't take it. They no longer accept phone calls from Ireland - seriously!... They only answered emails or live chat after numerous messages and said 'No, we can't deliver there due to Royal Mail issues. We are closing your account'. This is incorrect and even if it were correct I told them they could use UPS or DHL (like other UK e cig companies do) and charge me. Their response was 'we have no plans to use them', despite the fact that on their website they say they are 'exploring options'.... What an appalling way to treat a loyal customer.
This is an excellent Company !! and their should be a 10 star option not just 5
Despite having a very detailed Website with a wealth of information etc they still retain a strong focus on Customer Service via the Telephone
Ive used them for some considerable time now and very impressed 👍 the Advisors always show a genuine desire to be go above and beyond with their advice etc.
all of them have been extremely helpful and even sound happy in their work which is obvious when you speak with them
