The man who answered my call was absolutely amazing. He truly listened to my concerns and reasons for calling. He would make sure to repeat back to me what he understood me saying to make sure he was understanding me correctly. Also, he explained things very well, he had a great attitude, and went the distance to resolve my issues completely.

Love this—thanks for the great feedback! We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to the team—they’ll be just as thrilled as we are.
It took me forever to actually get it to finally work like 30 minutes and then you only offered me seven dollars. I was so angry that I had spent so much time sitting there waiting to find out and you offered seven dollars. That was an insult.
Scam! A $200+ iPhone and was only given $46 when the site said it would be $67. Just sell your iPhone on Facebook market or somewhere else where you can actually make a profit. They buy phones for cheap under the guise of being eco-friendly and helping the environment and then resell them for way more. This is a total scam!
Because I had factory reset my phone it was saying it couldn't power on so therefore it only paid me 14.00 when online I got a quote for 117.00 before I decided to go ahead and sell it
Had some trouble connecting but once charging cable was changed, it was a smooth process. I received almost twice as much for my phone as what I was offered other places. I would recommend.
