The kiosk was easy to use, clearly explained each step, and gave me a fair offer for my old phone. I appreciated how convenient it was to recycle my device while getting paid on the spot. The identity verification process was straightforward, and the transaction only took a few minutes. It’s a great way to declutter, earn a little extra cash, and help keep electronics out of landfills. I would definitely use ecoATM again and highly recommend it to anyone with old devices they’re no longer using!

The connection/charger was messed up
The connection/charger was messed up. So the machine could only do a "Partial Evaluation." My partner and I don't have transportation right now, and so it was important to make this trip count. Selling the phones was important. My phone was only cracked on the back and could have been connected easily. It did not. An IPhone XS only got $5. Then when my partner did his 2022 IPhone and same thing happened. Only his phone was just fine. He only got $6, due to partial evaluation. We went as far to check his New Android (open box new), and same thing happened. I feet as though we're scammed due to a kiosk malfunction. Unrelated to us and our devices.
