Well it was really easy to use the only issue I have is that I feel that the payout is fairly low for what they give you.

Easy and simple. Even had extra charges to connect your phone. I just didn't like being in such a public place getting cash with people constantly walking behind me. Other than very good experience. I actually got more $$$ than the locked in price and that was awesome!!! I wish it was closer locations than having to drive 1hr but it was well worth it

Slow. They low ball good stuff and pay a few bucks for garbage. At least I got rid of a drawer full.

Came up on the screen saying one amount, clicked to accept that amount, then the machine paid out a lesser amount. Cust service said I didn't enter a code, but it was already showing the code on the screen. Refused to make it right, so I will never use EcoATM ever again. Was going to sell my wifes phone also, but when that happened wasn't going to risk it. Selling to a different company for almost double the amount of money than Eco. Good luck if you use Eco.
