It was giving me a hard time scanning my id and selfie. With the selfie part it wasnt clear on what camera should had to look into.

I accidentally put the wrong phone in the machine and explained to eco that I needed the phone back it’s very important I have two of the same phones look identical but they didn’t care they still kept my phone my job texted me 250$ for replacing the phone

I've used eco a few times and it was easy to figure out. It walks you step by step through the whole process. As long as the device is in good enough condition to meet the requirements, you are offered a fair price and cash is tendered right from the kiosk.

The process is a little drawn out and the payment for one phone was only $1 for the best phone I had and $4 for one that was less than desirable. Overall, slow process, equipment was a little damaged and a little disappointing on the return. Great if you need a quick buck, but not recommended if you are expecting more
