Acquiring life insurance through E Financial was very easy. I did it right over the phone. I researched eFinancial and American Amicable Insurance and I’m confident that I chose a solid company to meet my life insurance needs. My agent Kendall was very knowledgeable and informative, and answered all my questions. He explained the process to me and at the end of our conversation I had peace of mind and I was confident that I had made the right decision.
Criston was very poor at follow up and in the end did change initial policy start & payment date. To compound the problem American-Amicable started billing my account. My bank stopped payment.

I just got off the phone with Mr. Rock Star - Noah Elliott. This man is a gentle soul who is knowledgeable, kind, patient, patient, and I am going to say it again - patient. Noah has the patience of a saint and knows how to make you feel important, seen, and acknowledged. I am happy for my choice of life insurance carrier. I got instantly approved and found out while still on the call with him and the way he communicated the news felt like a warm hug with a cup of coffee. Noah, thank you for being you. Tiffany was very efficient and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We had a difficulty with Docusign who apparently had computer problems, but Tiffany stayed on task and patiently coped with my frustration understandingly. She persevered and kept me informed via phone, text and email. We apparently were successful and a policy was issued.
I ended up paying a $30.00 NSF cause my payment was due on the 3rd and if was ran through my bank account on the 6th, I don't want my payment drafted anymore, I rather pay it myself on the due date!Im on a fixed income and don't have 30.00 dollars to give!

Trevoy Pointer was such a nice person to talk with. I like that he was to the point. I was actually called earlier today from another insurance company and the lady sounded like she was reading from a script but she was trying to be personable. It sounded very scripted and it was also very annoying because she kept me on the phone for 45 mins instead of getting right to the point. Trevoy was short and sweet and that is what I prefer.
Ms Tinesha Daniel's was very professional and kind she is the reason I agreed to get the policy she was consistent in finding me the best policy I really appreciate that
