One of the greatest things about working with this company was that I was constantly left at ease with ongoing communication with their representatives. That’s definitely something that comes in handy while planning a wedding that can be a very stressful time for anyone, particularly when it comes to timing and getting invites out properly and on top of the professionalism, I could not be more happy with how beautiful the invitations and the sign that I ordered itself came out to be! We’ve had nothing but wonderful reviews from even the people that we invited Hoover did receive your invitations, everyone continues to rave about how beautiful they are, and how unique the design itself was, and I just couldn’t be more happy with working with this company, and if I ever would need to work with this company for any other reason, ever again to create a sign, etc. then I would definitely choose elegant wedding invites! You guys did an amazing job, thank you so much!

I LOVE the Invitations thy came quickly and looked beautiful. They made changes I requested with no fuss. I would definitely recommend them. I’ve had an excellent experience with this company. The customization process was smooth and the invitations are made with high quality materials, so they turned out beautiful. They stated that it would take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYs to complete 10-12 BUSNINESS DAYS to arrive and it was just that. When I called them the person handling the order answered her phone all the way and was very polite.

I got my invitations very quickly and there were no problems with shipping. Also their customer service is great! They responded back to any of my concerns within a business day! I ordered invitations for my daughters wedding and was very impressed with the product I received. The customer service was top notch. I made a couple of changes to the invitation. The process of submitting the changes was very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Elegant Wedding Invites.
Not one star worthy!
I gave them a one star because I had too! I would never ever do business with them again. It has been a nightmare. On the website it states 5 to 7 days. Try 7 weeks. They do not answer their phone or replay to messages. They only email during the middle of the night, and don't respond to your emails. I only got a tracking number once I requested my money back. Still waiting for part of my order! They charge you extra money for things that should be in your order. I wish I would have never ordered from them!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. The phone number provided doesn’t work. We spent almost 500$ and i would show you but they haven’t sent us anything yet. We are now at almost 4 weeks waiting. We ordered this overpriced stuff February 6th. THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES 5-7 days shipping. Is this false advertising? The customer service is virtually non-existent. Any response to any email is in the middle of the night. The FEW responses we do get are auto-generated and have nothing to do with what we need. Renee is the woman/man we have been dealing with and this whole experience is horrendous honestly. I genuinely believe anyone who represents this company outside of its workers are paid to do so. Oh and we had to threaten a refund to even get a tracking number. To bad it doesn’t work.
I waited 3 weeks for a blank sample…
I waited 3 weeks for a blank sample wedding invitation!! The shipping label on the envelope package was hiding a shipping label written in Chinese!! These are coming from China so be prepared for extremely long waiting times!!! If you forget something or need to replace something keep giving it three more weeks!!! Customer service didn't want to hear any of my complaints!! A lot of the email replies were form letters!!! Do business with companies who can put a rush on your orders because they are local meaning inside the United States!!! You should be buying made in the USA anyway!!!
Company lacks transparency
Ordered invitations in early January, they then said days after the order was placed they not that they were closed for holiday and wouldn't open or be able to complete the invitations until mid February (not listed when placing the order). They also indicated the colors listed on the posting were only available for an upcharge (also not listed). Between these two things, we decided to request a refund and order elsewhere as we would not get the items in time or for the budget we allotted. The company denied a refund, then offered a refund with $15 removed for their drafting process (also not listed on the order or website). I requested proof of where that policy was listed, to which they immediately offered a full refund but have not actually refunded the money. This has been going on for over a month now. Don't expect any level of transparency with this company or to get a your money back if you run into issues. Buy at your own risk. None of this would have been an issue if they were transparent upfront as we would have just ordered elsewhere.
Beautiful invitations
I really loved our wedding invitations and was told by several people that they were the most beautiful invitations they’ve ever received. Customer service was responsive and I only needed the two edits. The preview was extremely helpful and looked exactly what I got in the mail. I would highly recommend and use them again for any invitations. Definitely have other people proofread before getting them printed and allow enough time for delivery.
