The invitations were very elegant, and the design was perfect. We went back and forth with the design team and gave them very detailed instructions and everything came out perfectly! Yes, the invitations came in pieces, and we had to assemble them ourselves- but for the cost it was well worth it! They weren't hard to assemble at all, just a bit of time and double-sided tape.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT ALL CARDS TOGETHER YOURSELF. this company sends you the invitation slip and the written parts SEPERATE. they tell you to buy double sided tape to put them together because that's how they do it- they should send EVERY CARD FULLY PUT TOGETHER for the price i paid. paying over 1k for cards I (the bride) had to put together myself was EXTEREMELY stressful and not helpful. The cards were unable to be used as no time to put them all together myself- this was a terrible experience and I regret buying 200+ cards from this place. Please BE CAREFUL.
I ordered invitation pockets based on their website listing, which I provided in my email. They sent pockets that would not fit (too small) the invite size shown on the website. Though they admit their website is incorrect, they stated it is my fault for not specifying the size I needed and will not allow a return of the full order and will not issue a full refund. They also claimed the invite would fit which is untrue and I provided photos and video with measurements proving such.
These invites were beautifully crafted, simple to assemble, and quick to be delivered. Not only that, the customer service was impeccable!
Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews on this site! This is the worst God-awful company I have ever dealt with. They are located in China, so you can only deal with them overnight. They don’t understand half the instructions you give them, so they repeatedly make the same mistakes again and again. Sometimes they will correct one mistake and mess up a whole other part of the invitation. They don’t give you proofs to scale, so you cannot tell how small or large your print is. They don’t show you the edges of the invitation in the proofs, so you cannot tell how close the print will be to the edge. Then, they try to charge you for revisions, in spite of the fact that you have been asking for the same revisions for months. It took so many months for them to get the invitations right, that my invitations ended up going out after the RSVP date. Do not walk, RUN, as fast and as far as you can away from this company.

Elegant Wedding Invite is on top! I ordered the laser gate invitation for my Sons wedding. When I sent the order over, online, it arrived to the company all blank. They followed up with me to straighten up the order. We communicated back and forth for several days. Professional communication and stellar service! I got my invites in a very timely manner. Beautifully done and so unique!! The bride loves them!!! Their Customer service was outstanding!!! I’d definitely refer this company to any person in need of invitations!!! Don’t be afraid that they only communicate overnight. The response was fast and thorough.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this company. The customization process was smooth and the invitations are made with high quality materials, so they turned out beautiful — I’ve gotten many compliments on them. Shipping was quick, and the invitations were packaged well to prevent damage. You have to assemble the suite yourself (which they make completely clear, of course) but it’s super straight forward. Overall I would strongly recommend this company!

They were very patient with me and helped guided me through the steps on how to start my wedding invitations. They did my friends wedding invitations and she recommended me to use them. I will also recommend them to others.
Love my invitations!! So easy to work with this site and my invitations are just perfect! I can’t wait to send them out! I did wait to get the RSVP cards after our food taste testing and it looks like I have to buy more invitations. I’m hopeful the people will help me bypass that but the invitations are definitely worth it!! I wish I could leave a picture :)

They sent me proofs of our items and I requested two changes. They made the changes and sent me proofs again. The customer service was fantastic! I received my order in a timely manner and they arrived in perfect condition.
Absolutely beautiful invitations with attention to detail! I ordered laser cut invitations and they came in just like the photo online. I didn't have any issues, and had great communication the whole time. They make sure you like them before finalizing and printing them. Definitely worth the price!
