I purchased a Phedca laser cutter but it does not come with driver software for MacOS, unlike the resin printers which I have. I cannot use it until I sort this out

Two of the three spools delivered had material contamination, causing clearly visible inclusions in the print. I had no choice but to discard them.

i have two of them centauri carbon one of them is really good, it has started over extruding . i thought it was the hot end changed that. but still not right really disanointed with, when you work with them full time , i have 4 0f there bed slingers not a problem good machines

we have brought 1 machines from Elegoo and it is excellent 2 machine brought from ali exress and faulty elego set replacement part free great servicei we brought 3rd machine fro ali epress and not working and 7 months later we just get excuse and lies promise and never arrivers now to late to claim on card company if you but a printer buy direct from elegoo ali expess are ruining the reputation of elegoo

Worked really well for a while. Then the print stopped sticking to parts of the build plate. I thought maybe the FEP was a bit worn so I replaced it with Elegoo brand as per the instructions. Same thing happened, but this time the FEP tore when I tried to remove the cured resin from it. I replaced it again and this time it tore during the print. I now have cured resin stuck to the screen.

I'm sorry I should have contacted elegoo sooner but I thought the problem I have received since I got the product must have been a personal mistake, that along with my mental stability dealing with life has made it something that Ive just put behind.
After doing alot of research it seems to be I have received a faulty sensor on the extruder which makes it so it's unable to level properly. After trying everything I've found the only idea I have left is to maybe have to replace parts.
If this is something we can maybe still figure out I would REALLY appreciate it. It was a birthday present and all it's caused is a large amount of stress .

part broke, customer service agreed it was a warranty item, but I never recieved the replacement part. I ended up buying myself.
Leveling is off frequently. breaks frequently. requires a lot of time to research and fix issues.

They asked me to send them PayPal for parts then never sent anything.
The printer is pretty good but the customer service was bad. The printer came with a screen protector which is nice but when it cracked and i needed a new one it was not available on there store I reached out to customer service and they said to send them $20 over pay pal and they would send me 2 so I did I put in the notes what it was for and told the customer service I sent it this was over 5 months ago and I still have not heard or seen anything. I was able to get something suitable from amazon but if I was not my printer would have been useless this whole time.

I'm a long time user of elegoo that cant says anything good now
I'm a long time user of elegoo
Had Saturn's, and a neptune as well
But recently quality went down alot
I had to return my Neptune 3 Max as well as I got a broken saturn 4 ultra that service was not able or willing to help me with and it was sold in lost 2 days after it arrived .That one was a blow as it was a gift for kid and we had to opt out to a different gift
Currently i do t use anything out of elegoo moved to Bambu for my 3d printing
