1st thing I read says be honest. If you didn't think I was going to do so. Maybe you shouldn't ask my opinion. Anyway I had a pretty good idea what the problem was. With the account. The rep I spoke to. He had no time to let explain. That records did show that. Funny thing is. I got the chance later to chat. What the records did show for him. The lady "I think Stephanie" got to the bottom of it immediately. With less input from me.
