I enjoyed the materials, the creativity, different to other clothing lines, your effort to help breast cancer research, yest it took some time to access the check out and payment system, worked it out in the end, as your computer can see...however, when I was told there were some $11 or so more to purchase an item to ensure no mailing costs, there was nothing in that range, like earrings or other small attires because I was NOT interested in another purchase. This is also my 1st purchase and I have to see how all the items are with regard to size, feeling on my body etc.
I ordered 5 Bohemian items. I got what I ordered but, none of them had embroidery or lace on them. The material was flat as can be. It was as though someone stamped a picture of what I saw on the material. I really don't think there was a drop of cotton in them. They had no tag in them except the size. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Not worth sending them back! And they won't let me leave a review!!
I was charged twice by Eleven Forest for one item that I never ordered. I was looking at a blouse and did try to order it but their check out process made it too hard to do .I never placed the order. The next day I was looking at my bank statement and there was two charges by Eleven Forest. I have repeatedly tried to contact them. They won't respond. They don't even have a phone number to call customer.

I ordered two tops. They were said to be Linen, and the picture showed a light and airy weave looking like Linen with beautiful 3-D embroidery. The sidelighting on the photographs indicated the raised surface of true embroidery. They were in fact a heavy polyester knit with a print of some embroidery. It looked like a heat transfer print which lacked detail. Even the printing was bad. I tried to work it out via Pay Pal and the Co. They would refund me half my money if I returned the items. If you have ever tried to ship internationally, you know it is very expensive. I refused the offer as I would lose more money on the deal. They are a scam. And I'm not happy with Pay Pal, either.
I saw several gorgeous blouses in an ad on my computer and said, "What are these?"; clicked on the picture and arrived at your website; browsed and bought! Wonderful experience! This company is 100% fraudulent. I purchased 5 blouses for almost $200. What I received was garbage. What I was sent was not beautifully decorated and certainly was not linen. In trying to work with their customer service I ended up in the partial refund nonsense. After going in circles for weeks I finally turned this over to my bank. I got a full refund and the bank hit their bank for the funds. It was a very upsetting and unacceptable situation. Unfortunately I didn’t find the scam notification and bad reviews until it was too late. I’ve ordered from other companies in China purchasing luggage, handbags and jewelry and never ran into this type of problem. DO NOT BUY FROM ELEVENFOREST!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!

This company needs to be in the red where it belongs ! they know they sell trash and are probably laughing at all these new mugs that believe the A.I images of the clothing.
I liked the variety of clothing and jewelry. I was a bit disappointed that after adding the discount the shipping fee came back but I just took the earrings off and paid the 9.99 for shipping.
