Loved the products and their descriptions, size charts and advice. I found that ordering more than one product at a time was time consuming because the “keep shopping” option wasn’t available until the checkout and payment process was completed. I had to look at many products I wasn’t interested in to get back to find earlier interests. Also when searching, there was no category for sweaters. I eventually found what I wanted and ordered a dress, a sweater, and a Spring/Summer blouse. Prices were very reasonable while products were on sale. Overall, I was happy I subscribed to the site and will order again in the future.
You have an interesting selection of goods. I wish you would show the front sides of the sweaters. Just showing the back , doesn't tell us what the rest of it would look like on us.
Love the styles.. materials...colors.. unique designs... ... The only thing I might recommend is to make the website easier to navigate through. There are so many things to see and sometimes we just happen upon them by accident. Rather than seeing them in the directory....we can't miss a thing. So please maybe a new format easier to help customers buy more. That would be awesome . You have a customer for life in me. Parent. What you see is not necessarily what you get. Think twice before you buy. The clothing pictured on the website looks MUCH better than what you receive. The clothing on the website looks robust / quality. What you receive is a cheaply printed image (of the Ad) on very thin material. Feels Temu like......

Disappointing, misleading, borderline scam. (This is Elevenforest, not Elvenforest - 2 different companies.) The three pieces of clothing I purchased from Elevenforest are NOT wool sweaters, but rather some other fabric printed to resemble knitting. All of their advertising shows models wearing heavy knitted wool sweaters. The stupid part is that if the company had just advertised truthfully, I probably would have still purchased from them (although at a lower price). The clothes fit, the colors are what I requested - not as warm as wool, but useful. However under these circumstances I certainly won't be a repeat customer.

I have been on your site several times over the years and I have not been able to complete one dream list of purchases because I’m poor so I had to wait and wait and some things disappeared and I don’t know whether they find them or how I could find them I put them in a wish list somewhere. I don’t know how long you hold onto those things, but I can’t wait to get this one outfit I did not get my two free gifts on this purchase because I used a code and applied it to my order so I paid for my two free gifts. Other than that I cannot wait to see what this looks like and I hope that everything fits like a dream.
Easy process, but still have not received shippinkg update from order on Dec. 22.
I liked alot of the clothing. However I found that with some of the clothing it only shows the front or back and not both. Shipping seems to be slow. I ordered something on the 22nd and It still hasn't shipped yet. Update: It came from China. I received it yesterday, January 13. It does not look like the picture. It is printed but the item description says its knitted. I emailed support. They asked me to send them the shipping information and pictures. Now im waiting to hear back from them. They did respond with in 24 hours.
It was easy except I didn't get my 10% because I saw it too late after I ordered. Other than that looking forward to receiving them.
Well, items received were not what were pictured. NOT knitted, sweatshirt material with printed graphics of knitting. These are not bad products. They would sell if honestly represented. Order large. My XL is a little snug. Expensive sweatshirts, not cheap cable knit sweaters. Too many gimmicks. 11 forest is too close to Elven Forest.
I had an issue with getting my order partially ordered twice. I thought I was only ordering one sweater and some socks and I got confirmation of two of the same sweaters on two different orders
