Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the online platform very easy to navigate, appreciating the smooth browsing experience and the wide selection of available clothing. Many shoppers frequently mention that the attractive designs, various colors, and reasonable prices make online shopping truly enjoyable. However, some reviewers were not happy with the overall product quality, noting that the delivered items looked like cheap prints on poor materials rather than the advertised embroidery. Some people were consistently dissatisfied with excessively long delivery times, poor communication from customer support, and major difficulties when trying to request refunds.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.It was a joy to view all of your phenomenal sweaters, jackets & coats. 5 stars for there beauty & intriguing designs. I will be sharing this with my circle. I do wish there was helpful information on import taxes. I am not well versed in them & do not want to be paying unnecessary insurance or import fees. Thank you for your hard work. Rose-Erin D

Loving the look of the clothes Just wasn't sure if had pressed the free gift button correctly but really looking to receiving my hoodie and sweatshirt now it's snowing
It was a good experience lots to look at not priced to bad hopefully my wife will like it also thanks again David
Well I've been very let down by other sites. And these items seem very well made woollen and well made. I really hope that they are as good as they look like online. As I live in North Wales and it gets very cold here and I need something that is compatible for this cold weather
i had trouble seeing both items i only want 1 mens jacket grey and 1 womens sweater black an white , both items in 2x size . thats all no more . not use to looking in junk mail for information. thANKS FOR KEEPING ME INFORMED IN TRACKING
Well everything is great I just didn't get told an estimated delivery time or date and I'm a very busy person and would like to know these things
Great selection, though could be better organized by clothing type. Easy to checkout and nice available discounts. Overall nice experience and will shop here again!
Beautiful product, good prices. Would like to see front and back pics. Some items I can't tell if overhead or front open. More info would make selecting easier.
The only reason for the four star is, I had some trouble maneuvering through the pay pal, I still don't know when my order is scheduled to arrive. I used MasterCard to pay for my order. I have no confirmation on my order or PayPal as to whether everything went through. This is my first time shopping at Elevenforest or using PayPal
These clothes are wearable art Really lovely
I really liked several items and thought the prices were too good to pass up. I did find the Search function a little frustrating. I wanted to search for "women's ivory turtleneck sweaters", but couldn't. I couldn't get matches with " women's ivory sweaters" or "women's turtleneck sweaters" either, so I had to settle for women's sweaters and scroll through a lot of stuff I wasn't interested in. I haven't received my order yet, so I'm unable to comment on quality.
I had a little trouble checking out. It was with entering the discount code. Also there was no size chart available. I'm hoping that XL will fit just right!
Pictures were clear ,as were the prices. I like the options of different colours
Only just ordered my items so I can’t really say much about your sirvis yet. But i will definitely be getting in touch with a review of your products and service .
