I passed 3 accounts with 2 days of each other and now one account has failed I have asked for cysservice to help and they won't do an investigation on the last 6 accounts and give me a report . Why the secrecy?? Where is the transparency??

Thank you for your feedback.
ETF operates with full transparency. When our support team was contacted, each account was reviewed and a detailed explanation was provided for every outcome. Two accounts reached the trailing drawdown limit. On 1-Step Evaluation accounts, the trailing drawdown is calculated based on maximum unrealized gains, which is clearly outlined in our program rules. Two other accounts were confirmed as passed and ready for activation.
Account investigations were conducted and responses were provided through the proper support channel. If there are still open questions, please contact [email protected] with your account details and our team will assist further.

I had a very disappointing experience with Elite Trader Funding.
I received one payout from ETF last year. This year, I spent months trading and thousands of dollars on evaluation fees to qualify for payouts on three funded accounts. On the day I became eligible to request my payout, I received an email stating that all of my accounts were being converted to Live Elite instead.
The biggest issue for me is that I expected to receive the payouts I had worked toward. Instead, the sim-funded accounts were closed and I was transitioned to a Live Elite account under a completely different set of rules. While ETF's Terms now state they can move traders to Live Elite before, during, or after a payout request, that was not the outcome I was expecting after months of trading toward the published payout targets.
In my experience with other prop firms like Tradeify and Lucid, they honored the earned payout before transitioning traders to a live account. ETF handled it differently.
If your primary goal is receiving payouts from simulated funded accounts, I strongly recommend reading the Live Elite Terms carefully before purchasing multiple accounts. I wish I had fully understood how the transition could affect payouts before investing so much time and money.
This review reflects my personal experience.
the $2000 DLL is steep for an account that requires $250 for an activation fee. i know theres a tradeshield option but it is far from competitive with other prop firms in this space

I sent in a support ticket about one of my eval accounts being charge the monthly/reset fee for months and not being reset during that time. As soon as I discovered this, I sent a ticket. Within minutes I started getting refund notifications for the months I was charged and not properly reset. They reset the account so I can use it again. And gave me a bunch of points. Excellent service.

I want to share my experience with this firm so other traders can make an informed decision.
I traded with this company for several months and successfully passed the evaluation, reaching Elite status. During that time, I was able to trade consistently, follow risk rules, and I also received payouts. Overall, I was satisfied with the trading conditions and I genuinely planned to continue long-term with this firm.
Recently, I made a single operational mistake: a very small position was unintentionally left open overnight, which resulted in a rule violation related to holding positions through market close.
I fully understand that rules must be respected, and I take responsibility for the mistake itself. I am not disputing the violation.
However, what I find very disappointing is how the situation was handled afterward.
Despite having months of successful trading history, proven consistency, and being willing to pay for a reset and continue trading, I was informed that no exception could be made under any circumstances. The only option offered was to start over with a new evaluation account.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I became an Elite trader before the reset policy change (September 17, 2025), which means I am not eligible for the paid reset option that newer accounts have access to.
From a trader’s perspective, it feels like long-term performance, payouts, and consistency carry very little weight compared to a single operational mistake and account creation date.
I am sharing this not to attack the firm, but to describe my experience honestly. I believe traders should be aware that even after months of successful trading and payouts, one small mistake can result in complete termination with no possibility of reset or recovery.
In my case, this has unfortunately ended my relationship with the firm, despite my intention to continue and expand with additional accounts.
Make your own judgment based on your risk tolerance and expectations.

ETF's rule requiring all positions to be closed before market close applies to all Elite accounts, regardless of trading history, tenure, or intent. When a violation is confirmed, the outcome is applied consistently across all traders. We understand this was not intentional, and we appreciate that you acknowledged the rule.
Reset eligibility is determined by the purchase date of the evaluation account. This policy is outlined in our program terms and applies equally to all accounts regardless of performance history. Consistency in how policies are applied is what allows ETF to operate fairly for all traders.
We genuinely appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you the best going forward.

Elite Trader pulled the rug from under me one day before my first payout on 5 profitable 250K accounts.
Status of my 5 Sim-Funded 250K accounts (1 Step Live Trailing Elite) :
- Cumulative P&L: ~$26,000 across the 5 accounts (+$5,400/account)
- 7 out of 8 days above $200 profit ✓
- 7 out of 8 days at 23% of best day ✓
- Balance $1,200 away from the required safety net
- First payout triggerable within 48h on all 5 accounts
That's when ETF unilaterally transitioned me to LIVE ELITE, the day before my first payouts, without me ever cashing out a single dollar from them.
What I got in return: - ONE single LIVE account with $1,803 of effective capital and a $1,500 drawdown — instead of 5 suppressed 250K accounts with a combined drawdown of 5 x $6,500.
Their marketing leaves a bitter taste... "Trade for payouts from day one!"
If you're aiming for a payout, save your time and money for an honest prop firm.

The Live Elite transition process is governed by our Terms of Service, which clearly state that ETF may transition a trader to the Live Elite program before, during, or after a payout request. This applies to all accounts regardless of where they are in the payout cycle. The timing of a transition is not tied to payout proximity.
Simulated balances and simulated earnings from Sim-Funded accounts represent simulated performance, not real capital. When a transition to Live Elite occurs, those balances do not carry over as that is the nature of the simulated program structure.
