Was offered different coverage on phone than what I received in the package. Calls to customer service goes straight voicemail and no one calls back. Sent email to sales person no reply. Very disappointed. If I don’t hear back in the next few days will have to cancel

Even after I canceled the protection…
Even after I canceled the protection within 4 days, you people gave still gave me such a hard time that was unimaginable. Now again even though I got 3 messages & a mail that policy has been cancelled, you people still billed my credit card company again. I had to call your billing company and you people again to find out why this goof up and you both admitted that it was some glitch and you will fix it and remove the incorrect charges. I will wait and see if it was done if not than I will call my credit company to see what action we can take so that it doesn’t happen again.

I bought a few weeks ago, they lied & gave me a crap policy, read your policy!! They gave me essential when I was supposed to get Platinum. They use AI sale bs. Be careful with that. I call to cancel, they cancelled & I got a refund. About 2 weeks later they charged my credit card & they gave me a better plan without talking to me. I told them to cancel again, I don't trust that company 1 bit. Very shady company,

I haven't received my policy by email, I called and was fast talked by the agent "he told me he would email it immediately" I this was two days ago and no policy. He said I would receive it on 8/1, I work for the post office that's a lie!!!!! Currently I paid for something that I cannot read about the coverage. I will be canceling this!!!! Can't believe I was sent an email for a review I haven't read the policy what am I reviewing how fast Empire can process a payment? If I can give zero stars I would..... I purchased this last Friday 7/30/26 no policy!!!!!

This company is a joke
I purchased this and the guy insisted to go ahead and get it since I have 30 days to cancel. The next day, I changed my mind to cancel. Every time I called, Iwould get the please call back after 3. WHen I called after 3, i found it they were closed. The next day, I called and they stated that they are working on it. The last time I got a call, someone answered the phone, singing, "how can I help you", im thinking seriously? what kind of a company is this, that they do not take you serious. I still havent gotten confirmation that I have cancelled.

My car broke down, fortunately I have Empire that took care of all the repairs needed if not I would be stuck with 5 more years of monthly payments and a non operating car. Very pleased with how fast Empires staff handled the claim.

I got a call about a home warranty l told the gentleman I was aa renter and didnt need warranty on anything but my car. The next day I was checking my bank account and I had two charges for different amounts one $87.71 and $108.54 I called back and told them I didnt need the product. I was confused because one of the amounts was the same as my car policy which /i had already paid for this month. That was on the 24th and they told me they were going to refund my money today is the 28 and still no money back

Horrible! The offer might sound great but the logistics & customer service is sub par. We pay for the coverage for sure but, we also are paying for service and convenience. If that’s what you’re hoping for, try CarShield or something else; this simply just isn’t it! If you’re looking for long hold times (at least 1hr), 3rd party billing/servicing (other companies having access to your info/having to deal with multiple parties) then, go right ahead you’re in the right place!

This company are thieves
This company are thieves. They stole my money when I fond out some information yesterday about my title and they told me they were gonna refund me. My money that I've paid into them all this time. Since I can't use it and I called today to check-up on it. And they're not issuing a refund due to the fact that I didn't inform them in the very beginning about the status of a title which I didn't know nothing about till yesterday. So this company is nothing but thieves, and I wouldn't trust him with ten foot pole! So DO NOT use them !!!!
